“Best vacuums at a MooMoo. You get 2 per car. Regular and a crevis. I like moo moo but not enough to wear for free let alone pay $75 to advertise for them.”

“I had an amazing experience with Universal Auto Detailing. They detailed my Audi and made it look exactly like the day I drove it off the showroom floor—honestly, maybe even better. The attention to detail was next level, from the exterior shine to the spotless interior. Every surface looked brand new, and you can tell they truly care about their work. Professional, thorough, and worth every penny. If you want your vehicle to look factory-fresh again, I highly recommend Universal Auto Detailing they have earned lifetime customer. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“there car wash does get your car pretty clean but i was buying the 45 dollar package every month until I realized what they were doing it seemed like everytime I was going through it wasn't reading my tag so I would wait until a worker came out to let me go through but they wasn't giving me the car wash I paid for i was getting like the 30 dollar wash and the reason I noticed was because I wasn't getting the towel dryer or the tire cleaner so I didn't say anything I just waited a couple of days and I took my son with me and the same thing happened and he even noticed what was going on but I ended up using the rest of the month since I did pay for it but I haven't been back since. I'm not saying it happened everytime but it did happen a few times”

“This place is it! John and his team put personal pride into their detailing and it shows. Super easy going people that clearly love what they do. He’s been in it for 25 years and you can easily see by his meticulous work! I took my 2009 Infiniti G37 in and I am simply amazed. The fresh new car smell tantalized me! They get into every nook and cranny. I will only be taking my car to JRM from now on! Best detail I have ever gotten and the price was absolutely right too! Thank you John and your Team for making my car look brand new again!”

“Ohhhh, my "Bob" ?..... It's taken me 57 years, but i finally found the best place to wash my car without spending a fortune. Let's start with the tire cleaner that wasn't supposed to be available. Well i can't hardly wait to what it'll do when it does supposedly works, because i've honestly never had as much brake dust come off of my rim caps and make them look decent for a change. And as for the rest of the job, i'll let you see if it's good enough or not with the photos in this review that is going to go worldwide, since i'm in the top 10%of Google reviewers worldwide, and i couldn't be happier to give my highest review of my life. So glad i drove from the Westside of Columbus after reading other's reviews definitely worth the few extra minutes to come here that's for sure. And i'll never go anywhere else again. Ty to whoever it is that owns this establishment. Please keep up the good work.”

“Amazing! Quentin and his team did an awesome job getting the interior of my car back to like new! It was easy to schedule a convenient time on their website for them to come to my home. They just need access to an outlet on your property to work their magic! They were very professional and courteous keeping me up to date on the progress of the clean. It literally looked like I was driving it off the lot when they were finished. Very thorough and I highly recommend!”

“Cleans pretty good as long as you don’t have bird poop on your car. I always have to go through a second or third time to remove. Was going to try another car wash, but they have issues also. I miss Mr. Car Wash in Houston… there attendants always do a quick brush before entering car wash.”

“Always a pleasure to visit. The staff is welcoming and accommodating to my vehicle needs. I have added some accessories to my truck and always stop to ask the management about ensuring it's safe to go through with them on. They also make sure the staff knows to read the display for my alerts to prevent damage to their system.”

“Okay, I'm not giving full stars only because getting out of here is terrible, which isn't technically their fault, but *squints* if I didn't have a rewards card, I would probably go somewhere else. Once I left, I had to go the opposite direction of my destination and turn around somewhere.”

“I used the old fashioned wand system with a credit card, and it worked fine. Good pressure, easy to move around, not expensive. There's also an automatic car wash but you have to pull up to it to see costs, so I picked what I thought would be a less expensive wash. No prices are posted as you enter around back except at the kiosks. I tried to download the app but it said it only worked with I phones.”

The first time I went, she did my car all by herself and I think she did it during lunchtime. I attached a picture to show how my car was gleaming when she was done! I highly recommend!”

“I can’t remember if I posted a review when Magic Touch did my mom’s car for me, but she had really trashed it with her two little dogs driving thousands of miles with her. The guy that detailed it was unbelievable. The car looked brand new and I know we got a lot more money out of it because he did such a great job. I’m getting ready to have them do my car. I have every bit of confidence that it will look fantastic!”

He was VERY POLITE AND SINCERE and told me to have a wonderful day. I purposely come to these places when the staff if so polite. PLease give him a pat on the back from us!”
