“Love this place. I stopped here after my first job and after my second job. The staff is wonderful was able to meet the owner and make a request to keep some certain drinks cold. She obliged in the staff as well informed. You don’t see hospitality like this often in a gas station. But again the staff, Both shifts And ownership is wonderful! Keep up the great work”

“I had an amazing experience with Universal Auto Detailing. They detailed my Audi and made it look exactly like the day I drove it off the showroom floor—honestly, maybe even better. The attention to detail was next level, from the exterior shine to the spotless interior. Every surface looked brand new, and you can tell they truly care about their work. Professional, thorough, and worth every penny. If you want your vehicle to look factory-fresh again, I highly recommend Universal Auto Detailing they have earned lifetime customer. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“First off I wanna start off by saying Sofo the young man working as a attendant the day I went through was incredibly friendly and helpful. He had a really good attitude about his job. Definitely someone to keep around. This is a pretty nice car wash you automated wash. Does a pretty good job if you get the platinum wash, it does actually a really good job damn near as good as I can do at a self service. Their vacuums are good and strong. Only thing I wish they didn’t have like some of the other automated car washes with similar set ups will have pressurized air for you to get dusted and stuff on the fence. It would be nice if they had those here also some of the other places offer cleaning solutions and stuff for interior detailing or format Washington stations. However, this place has a subscription like a lot of these other services due and their monthly fee is about half of what other services are so I guess that makes up for it. All around a pretty good car wash.”

“Amazing! Quentin and his team did an awesome job getting the interior of my car back to like new! It was easy to schedule a convenient time on their website for them to come to my home. They just need access to an outlet on your property to work their magic! They were very professional and courteous keeping me up to date on the progress of the clean. It literally looked like I was driving it off the lot when they were finished. Very thorough and I highly recommend!”

“The customer service alone set them apart — they were so kind, responsive, and truly cared about making sure everything was taken care of. The team was genuine, personable, and extremely professional. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly value their customers! They went above and beyond, and I was especially impressed that they were able to take care of my car well within 24 hours of me bringing it to them. That level of efficiency without sacrificing quality is rare! The results were amazing — my car looks and feels brand new. It’s not often you find a company that combines high-quality work with such outstanding service. I’m beyond grateful and will absolutely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend! My car was serviced at their Reynoldsburg location. 6748 E Main St Reynoldsburg, OH 43068”

“Got a basic car wash which was done well. Service at the entry was welcoming and engaging. Unfortunately, the prices have increased ($11, $16, $22 and $26) over the last year. The Club monthly pricing is a better option if you plan to wash your car more than twice a month.”

“Always a pleasure to visit. The staff is welcoming and accommodating to my vehicle needs. I have added some accessories to my truck and always stop to ask the management about ensuring it's safe to go through with them on. They also make sure the staff knows to read the display for my alerts to prevent damage to their system.”

“Update: to their credit the gate and spinning brush are now working. I still can't tell if the underbody is spraying but I will reach out abt it. Getting run down. Broken gates for weeks. The under carriage wash hasn't worked all winter which is the entire reason I go here. One of the right side spinning brushes hasnt worked for months either. 1 star and cancelling membership until these issues are fixed.”

“Moo Moo is better than Broadway. The lines always look so intimidating! But do not fear. . .they move everyone thru with the efficiency of theater restroom attendants. For people who love clean cars, you get to watch all the swooshing, and pop out the other side all sparkly clean. Plus, for $20 a month you can go thru as many times as you want. . .making it sooo MUCH cheaper than a Broadway ticket! Thanks for being awesome Moo Moo!”

That's someone good with integrity. I hope they keep him.”
