“Cleans pretty good as long as you don’t have bird poop on your car. I always have to go through a second or third time to remove. Was going to try another car wash, but they have issues also. I miss Mr. Car Wash in Houston… there attendants always do a quick brush before entering car wash.”

“Our car had some damage to the front fender. Another shop said it could not be fixed without replacing the entire fender. Details on High repaired the damage without replacing the fender and we are completely satisfied. A great job at a reasonable cost.”

“No bad have membership, but my car dosent get cleaned well not due to them I think auto cleaning dont work with squarish cars, biggest issue is they dont have a good way to wash mats and no water outside for getting some missed areas cleaned”
“Best vacuums at a MooMoo. You get 2 per car. Regular and a crevis.
I like moo moo but not enough to wear for free let alone pay $75 to advertise for them.”

“I used the old fashioned wand system with a credit card, and it worked fine. Good pressure, easy to move around, not expensive. There's also an automatic car wash but you have to pull up to it to see costs, so I picked what I thought would be a less expensive wash. No prices are posted as you enter around back except at the kiosks. I tried to download the app but it said it only worked with I phones.”

I have added some accessories to my truck and always stop to ask the management about ensuring it's safe to go through with them on. They also make sure the staff knows to read the display for my alerts to prevent damage to their system.”

“The guy that owns this car wash is a gift to the whole community of Columbus if you need air, but we do have some bad seeds who throw the hoses on the ground run them over & expect them to be ready for use when they return in need of air again But he continues to just fix them for your everyday use so please value this gift that can be taken away like everything in government??”
“I can’t remember if I posted a review when Magic Touch did my mom’s car for me, but she had really trashed it with her two little dogs driving thousands of miles with her. The guy that detailed it was unbelievable. The car looked brand new and I know we got a lot more money out of it because he did such a great job. I’m getting ready to have them do my car. I have every bit of confidence that it will look fantastic!”

“Update: to their credit the gate and spinning brush are now working. I still can't tell if the underbody is spraying but I will reach out abt it.
Getting run down. Broken gates for weeks. The under carriage wash hasn't worked all winter which is the entire reason I go here. One of the right side spinning brushes hasnt worked for months either. 1 star and cancelling membership until these issues are fixed.”

“Moo Moo is better than Broadway.
The lines always look so intimidating! But do not fear. . .they move everyone thru with the efficiency of theater restroom attendants. For people who love clean cars, you get to watch all the swooshing, and pop out the other side all sparkly clean. Plus, for $20 a month you can go thru as many times as you want. . .making it sooo MUCH cheaper than a Broadway ticket!

“I like Get Go @ Giant Eagle. It's located conveniently in my neighborhood. I'm able to use the points I accumulate from groceries and prescriptions can be used on discounts on gas! Gotta love that! Another thing I really like about this place is that they have gift cards available. Granted, the selection is not great, but if you're in a hurry and don't have time to park, run in, choose a gift card, wait in line, and walk back out to your parking place, well you can save a lot of precious time!”

Tyler great job last Thursday when the person from outta town with the huge Tesla try to come through. You immediately stopped him, checked with management before going forward. You did an awesome job speeding up service for everyone else.
More of this is needed for all stores. We have to find a better way to get cars through more quickly.
