“Don’t know what the review before this is talking about, this is the best UDF I’ve been to. The staff are very kind. We went in around 7:30. There were two other people on the store getting ice cream and such. There were also two employees. One was working the ice cream section, the other was on the counter. We got chocolate milk and ice cream. We got a chocolate chip in a sugar cone, a chocolate in a cup, and I got cookies and cream with sprinkles. I didn’t see what the other persons name was, but the person working the counter was Stormyy. They got the chocolate chip and chocolates. Then did mine. They put 3 scoops of ice cream in my cup despite having trouble because of how frozen it was then two blasts of sprinkles in the middle then four more scoops with a part of a cup filled with sprinkles. They also gave us a coffee for free. They were both very very kind employees. I would come back 100,000 times over. Thank you so much.”

“This is my favorite Kroger to go to. Anytime I'm at a different Kroger I talk about how it compares to "MY" Kroger. I don't even live in Gahanna lol! The employees are SO kind, and friendly. They are always smiling, and ask how your day is, or if you need help with anything. They are polite, and make me enjoy visiting the Gahanna Kroger's. The layout of this store flows well, and the isles are not like other Kroger's where they've tried to squeeze too many isles in. It is spacious, and organized. It is frustrating to go around lunch time or after school due to it being next to the high school but that is not their fault and is minor to me. It was not long ago that I was a high schooler crowding grocery store isles with my friends lol! I saw comments about issues with parking, but I've never had an issue finding a parking spot. Now, I've had issues getting a *close* parking spot, but I've also never been during a peak time like a Sunday afternoon. Anyways, love Gahanna Kroger's! Keep it up! :)”

“I go here for lunch almost every day, the employees are nice. The store itself is rather unkempt but it's not that big of a deal. It seems like whenever I like something and consistently buy it, this location stops stocking it, probably just a coincidence but it is rather annoying. I'm usually able to get what I want and get out in less than ten minutes, there'll be an odd day here and there where it's a little busier but nothing substantial. It's overall a decent place.”

“Was here at 6:50 on Father’s Day and just to see that they only had one poor worker by himself doing everything. But he was very fast and kept his calm and cool during the large rush of people. He had blonde or dirty blonde hair and a bit tall but didn’t get his name . But he definitely deserves some kind of reward for being scheduled alone on Father’s Day bad choice by manager or bad coworkers to leave him by himself . But amazing worker tho definitely very experienced.”
