“Grismer showed me wonderful customer service!! It was the first time going there. I had an emergency. I had a flat tire while on my way out of town on a Friday. They fit me into their schedule, ordered me a new tire, put on my spare so I could be on my way. The new tire arrived Monday. I received a call to tell me it had arrived. I went in and they installed it and reset my automatic settings and I was on my way. All at a reasonable price! I highly recommend them!”
“Despite having no power these guys still fixed my truck and were very polite and apologized whenever they felt something was taking too long. I will return here again in the future. “The service at Harris is top notch. We take all our service needs to them. Joanie is very knowledgeable and polite and does the best at meeting your service schedule needs. I really like that they have loaner cars if needed. Our Honda CrossTour has a number one cylinder issue and most likely requires ultimately a rebuild. However, the mechanic gave me an option not to spend the money now and have me in about every six months to change out the number one spark plug and get an oil change with synthetic oil and I could defer the service later. We’ve done this now two times and the car runs great. We will ultimately get the rebuild done, but are pleased that this saved us thousands of dollars. I actually had this evaluated at three places and their quote was the most competitive for the rebuild. No matter the service needs, Harris Automotive does it in an efficient and professional way. I’d recommend their business to anyone. And now that they have added the expansion they will most likely be able to turn more services in the day. Our time is valuable and they take that into consideration when trying to meet your service needs and get your car back to you as soon as possible.”

“I took my car here to have my driver's side mirror replaced and had a wonderful experience. I went in on Monday and by Wednesday the part had already arrived and they had it replaced in 30 minutes. It was so much more reasonable than taking it to the dealer, and the efficiency was amazing! I will definitely be back next time I have any issues and would recommend this place to anyone!”

“This is a phenomenal shop- they diagnosed my issue over the phone and had it fixed within 20 minutes after arrival. My tech also took the time to show me exactly what the problem was and explain the logic behind his recommendation to fix before moving forward, and did this all for an extremely reasonable price. “Oh my goodness Fastlube on Livingston & Courtright was awesome. I never been to a fastlube before so I was surprised when you just stay in your car while they changed my oil. Each technician was very courteous, helpful and respectful about the concerns of my vehicle and serviced my car as mentioned in their oil change package as well as replaced my headlight bulb at an small fee. They even shared what wasn't needed that also kept my cost down. I will be returning for future related services.”

“I had such an amazing experience here!!! The staff are all very helpful and friendly. They had to take my splash shield off (which was previously zip tied on) during my service and didn’t have any on hand so they offered to hold the part and go buy extra zip ties and have me come back later to reassemble it for free. Exceptional service and went above and beyond :) very quick service too!”

“I had never used Take 5 before and was a little leary. I mean, yeah, I want a fast oil change, but, even more, I want my car taken care of, so advertising so fast they'll get you done while you sit in the car worried me more than impressing me. However, I had forgotten to make an appointment at my usual place and needed an oil change before a trip, so I decided to stop. Wow, I think I was wrong! There was something satisfying about seeing all service done in front of you, and the techs showed me every step, every part, and every action they took. They even had a second tech come in and recheck, all while I watched. Usually, my car disappears and shows back up and I'm trusting and assuming everything was done. At Take 5, I watched it, all the while talking about what was going on (and other car conversations.) I really appreciated the convenience, service, and knowledge... And even a free bottle of water on a hot day! I'd love it to be cheaper- I'm still in the days of a $20 oil change- but can't complain about what I received. Surprisingly impressed and happy to keep my car on the road. Thank you.”
