“Grismer showed me wonderful customer service!! It was the first time going there. I had an emergency. I had a flat tire while on my way out of town on a Friday. They fit me into their schedule, ordered me a new tire, put on my spare so I could be on my way. The new tire arrived Monday. I received a call to tell me it had arrived. I went in and they installed it and reset my automatic settings and I was on my way. All at a reasonable price! I highly recommend them!”

“Oh my goodness Fastlube on Livingston & Courtright was awesome. I never been to a fastlube before so I was surprised when you just stay in your car while they changed my oil. Each technician was very courteous, helpful and respectful about the concerns of my vehicle and serviced my car as mentioned in their oil change package as well as replaced my headlight bulb at an small fee. They even shared what wasn't needed that also kept my cost down. I will be returning for future related services.”

They had to take my splash shield off (which was previously zip tied on) during my service and didn’t have any on hand so they offered to hold the part and go buy extra zip ties and have me come back later to reassemble it for free. Exceptional service and went above and beyond :) very quick service too!”

“Store in Whitehall was great! Fix the issue groveport did. Groveport didn’t put the filter back on right so all my oil came out. Mike from groveport was nice and helped with the issue and got me to the closes location to fix the problem”
