“The place is first come, first serve Monday Thru Friday. My exhaust pipe broke in 2 and I needed it fixed. These guys had my car in the garage as soon as I got there, and it was done in 30 minutes! Only cost me $75! GREAT SERVICE!The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the guys were smokers, and my car reeked of cigarette smoke when they were done ?Other than that, I still highly recommend service here!!!!”

“I called on a Monday and got a appt on a Friday. When I went to drop my car off they didn’t have my name down but took me in anyways. They called me and gave me a quote for the costs of repair. The guy on the phone happily broke down the costs of everything for me answering any questions I had and why the quote was that amount which was nice. I called back with an additional question due to something I found when doing my own research and he was very nice and willing to explain why what I found online was incorrect and made me feel like they were doing the right thing. It is very nice they take the time to make you feel comfortable by answering your questions. Some other places seem so annoyed when you ask them to break down the costs or have any additional questions but they did not.”

“Wow wow wow. I am so impressed with this business and their customer service. I called this morning to see if they had any availability to just check out my car because it started to make a funny noise and it was kind of an emergency to get it looked at. Riley said he could take a look and give me an estimate if I brought it in around 3 (same day). Before 3 he gave me a call and let me know he was available sooner than anticipated and he was able to assess the problem and get my vehicle back in working order right then and there when I wasn’t expecting him to be able to fix it til at least Monday. I am so grateful for this business! You really saved me and my partner on such short notice. Support local business! “fast service good tires . did not hand torque lug nuts like first time i was there.just used impact wrench.they had told me the first time i was there that the owner said all lug nuts will always be hand torqued . i dont know what happened to that policy. but my tires seem to be ok a little bit more road noise then what i had before.if i do this again i will get a better tire then what they gave me”

The issue is most likely cause due to road grime and weather. “They have been a blessing through years; telling me straight if I sincerely needed work done. Recently had an issue where the dealer told me something was wrong with a part S&NW had replaced (along with something new). Now, I have no idea if that was the case or not but I went ahead and got the work done and S&NW gave me refund on the service they provided. I almost wish I had just towed the car to them, but you never know if it's an issue only the dealer service people can fix. Whether as a first or second opinion S&NW is someone I trust to give me the honest truth.”

After examining it himself, he said the coolant is fine and doesn't need to be changed. “I have taken my Ridgeline and Sonata into this shop for brake pads, rotors, alignment, and rack and pinion replacement. The prices are fair. The service is kind and responsive.I have found the work is typically completed prior to the agreed upon time frame. Also, I recently had an issue with my lug studs that may have stemmed from a brake service. I took my vehicle back in for an inspection and it was fixed with no charge. You find out a lot about a business when something goes wrong. Juan took care of the issue and will keep me coming back to them for all my auto repair needs!”
