“Helped us in a pinch when I bought all the stuff for an oil change and couldn't get the oil pan bolt off and got us in same day I called ! Really appreciated how patient they were on the phone with me and how quickly they were able to help. Took all my supplies into them and they changed it for me for a very reasonable price ! I believe, he replace the clock spring behind the steering wheel.

“Yaser and Abraham ordered me a pair of new 235/75/15 BF GOODRICH ALL- TERRAIN KO2 . Came in on Sunday around noon to talk with these guys, very friendly and professional, showed me upfront pricing and did not overcharge at all in my opinion. These BRAND NEW tires came in Monday morning. Got these quicker than any other place in the CITY. Other shops were going to have me wait 1 week. Simply needed to be on the road ASAP AND THEY UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT! Hit these mounted onto my runs in no time!!!”

“They did a great job on my car. Very nice and professional. My part was delayed by the provider they had to get it from which delayed the job on my car being finished on time. And it happened to be a Friday, so I had to wait until Monday to pick it up. A little inconvenient, but overall service was great . The fix on my car was a big job. A lot of removing things to get to what needed fixed.”

“Fast service,friendly staff. My nephew done his research where to take my suv they done diagnostic determined it was catalytic converter. So i left car on Thursday they said if part was available i could get it Friday. Got call Friday saying it had to be ordered but i figured that i looked at every parts store and even napa main all out of stock. I figered it would be Tuesday but they got it Monday morning done before noon”
“This shop has honestly been a blessing during a really stressful stretch for me. My car wouldn’t start, and after changing the alternator and the starter, it was still dead. I ended up towing it to Acura for diagnostic testing, and they told me the issue was caused by an aftermarket starter. So I had it towed back home, pulled out the brand-new starter, replaced it with an OEM one from the junkyard, and it fired right up.
But the next day, same problem. No start.
At that point I had it towed to Complete Auto Repair, explained everything, and the owner immediately suspected an electrical issue. They kept my vehicle over the weekend just to be absolutely sure, and he couldn’t have handled it better. He communicated with me every step of the way, was patient, honest, and genuinely helpful.
I’m really grateful for small businesses that show up for their customers the way they did. Their service made a huge difference at a time when I really needed it.
I can’t recommend this shop enough! Spend your money with businesses that make a difference instead of big corporations that already have billions. I will never take my vehicle to another repair shop. Take the chance & I promise you won’t regret it 🫶🏽”

“Very pleased with the process at Gerber. Had many unexpected delays with my repair, but Paul and Alison took great care of me, keeping me updated throughout the entire process. They were very patient and helpful answering my questions and giving me updated estimates on the timeline. Would return in the future if I needed body work. Only complaint would be how long it took for initial estimate; approximately 2 weeks from drop off.”
“There’s never a good time for a flat tire. After 3 pm on a Friday is one of those times. I walked in expecting to hear “we’re booked” or “we don’t service Audis” or “we don’t have any tires for that in stock.” No, no and no. Joshua took care of me. Explained the multiple choices I had, and when I selected one, there was no up-sell. And he offered that they could take the damaged tire and rim out of the trunk and mount the new one on the rim, and that I could drive home (the spare was on it) and bring it back when they were finished and they’d put it on. So I was able to go home and get some work done and not be stuck in their waiting room. And they did it for a fair price and with a smile. I highly, highly recommend this store.”
