“Any consumer should be aware that a local credit union will not have all the bells and whistles of a regional or national bank. Almost every negative review I’ve read is looking for big bank service.I used PSECU to get an auto loan on a used car. Today, it’s much harder to find good interest rates for older vehicles. I shopped around for two months and PSECU was 3%-9% lower than big banks or dealer financing.I waited to write my review until after I’ve made some payments, but so far I couldn’t be happier. Their online payment system is outdated but allows for easy payments and re-occurring payments. Statements are only by mail it seems (which is tough for me) but you can sign up for a text or email reminder which works perfectly. I had to go into a branch to get the check for my vehicle, but again, that’s typical for a small, local credit union.If you’re looking for complete online banking or never having to call, go to a big bank. But if you’re looking to save money and have patience, the team was great to work with. From receptionists, basic tellers, my loan manager and the branch manager - everyone was friendly and helpful.”

They are so helpful, kind, and they give the best answers when in doubt. They will get up and go ask questions and bring you the right answers.Even the receptionist is so nice and friendly, gives a welcoming vibe coming in the door.”
“I'm not sure why so many gouls come out with 1 star reviews. I've never had any major issues with customer service or anything like that. The only reason I give 4/5 stars is that there's some pretty strict limits around withdrawing cash, you can only pull out so much per day. The bank also seems pretty old school and could benefit from a better online/mobile experience.”
