What a great young lady she listened to my issues told me what they could do for me we tested them and I purchased the inserts, socks, & massager. “We always purchase our kids' track shoes from Second Sole and now, with my Plantars Fasciitis, I myself needed something supportive for my feet. Wallie, the gentleman that worked with me, was super knowledgeable about my condition and what my feet needed. He chose options that all worked great for my feet and helped me decide. He even suggested certain stretches to help my tight calf muscles. In the end, I chose Hoka brand, but Nimbus was a close second. I can even wear my shoes for a week (indoor) to try them out! I highly recommend Second Sole. They are extremely knowledgeable and patient with you in finding the right shoe for your needs. Investing in a high quality shoe is well worth it in the end since it's what your body truly needs.”
“I've been going to Foot Solutions for many years now. When I first went in I was helped by Cara. She helped me figure out that I needed custom insoles do to my extremely high arch. Once I got those she got me fitted with the perfect fitting shoe. I haven't had any problems since then. I'm so glad I found this store and especially Cara.

“Went in for incense, left with new everything. From their hand-crafted soaps to blankets, I have not found another store of its type with better sourced goods. It's a great place to buy gifts, revamp wardrobe and home decor at a great price. If you have any questions about anything the staff will provide the most thorough answers. Love this space.”
“I drove ~40 minutes to Aldo Beachwood to return an online order I was unhappy with. It was my first time visiting this store and I was very happy with the experience. The cashier really helped me as I exchanged the online order for a really nice pair of shoes in store. Awesome!”

“Never been to a boot store been on Amazon and walmart, my 15 dollar walmart boots had my feet soaked today. Googled nearest boot store found the red wing store. When I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed help I walked around for a bit came back he helped me measure my feet answered every question I had even let me try on the boots to see how they felt and looked. Loved the experience will definitely be back. great group”

“Exceptional! My son's pants were tailored to perfection. It's difficult to clothe a teen who is 6'5 while preserving his youth. They were patient understanding and shared thoughts and ideas. It was a great experience they treated us like family. I haven't been here is so many years used to come with my Dad and nothing has changed I appreciate the experience my son walked away with he wasn't scarred he can't stand clothes shopping that entails trying on but they made it simple and bearable.”

“I went to Hibbett Sports to find some shoes for my 2 granddaughters and it was a great experience. The light skinned lady that assisted me today was very professional and persistent in her job. She also tried to find some shoes in my size. But unfortunately they didn't carry a size 13 or 14.And the cashier kushy. Was very nice and professional as well. “I cannot begin to express how satisfied we are after shopping at this location. My daughter found a pair of boots that she's been searching a long time for and purchased them. The employees were really good. My daughter then left her cell phone in the store. We were in the store just prior to closing time, the day before Easter Sunday. We're from Canada and had to get back on Easter Sunday. I called first thing when they opened the next day and Krystal was kind enough to ship my daughter's phone back to Canada. Such a relief for my daughter! Cannot thank you enough!”

“Will probably stop in again at a later date and see if there are better employees working. We were ignored for the first 15 minutes we were there, and when someone did come over and ask if we needed assistance, they said they couldn't help but we could do this. There was next to no one in the store and once I figured out who the employees were we could have easily been helped. As there were more than enough people working to spare one to help a customer. I tried on a few pairs of shoes but ultimately left empty handed. This was my first time in this store, I'll give it another try maybe. But honestly I was looking for/needed shoes and the assistance could have actually granted them a sale.”
