“The best hummus ever. I just got pickle, roasted red pepper, and roasted garlic hummus and I can’t even pick my favorite. The flavors are infused throughout the hummus and not just thrown on top as a garnish. I can’t even get over how good they are. How are these not famous?! Plus, the customer service is amazing. “BJ's is a primarily Northeastern chain of warehouse stores that has gradually expanded west, including here in the greater Cleveland area. Inevitably, folks who shop here will compare BJ's against Costco. I find there are pros and cons either way.For me, I find that portions aren't as ginormous as those at Costco, plus the selection is wider and more specific on certain things I like (for instance, 93/7 ground turkey patties - great for grilling and portion control). While BJ's has its own in-house brands - Wellsley Farms for food and Berkley Jensen for non-food items - I also find that they often carry non-house brands side by side.Prices may or may not be as good as those you'll find at Costco, but for me, the better selection on things I want wins out. Bonus: like most Costco outlets, this BJ's club has a nearby gas station which, recently, has offered even better prices than the nearest Costco outlet in Mayfield Heights.”

“This location just opened its kitchen this past Sunday you can order food online use the ATM machine and buy gasoline or diesel wonderful location and the food is online you can order ahead and pick up your food hot.”
“Wiper blade broke in half during this most recent snow storm, drove down there on my way to work on a whim hoping they could replace it before work. Both gentlemen were very nice and helpful. Had me in and out with new wiper blades installed. Great service 10/10 would recommend!”

“I have been to this location numerous times and recently I enjoyed being helped by a guy named Trey! He helped my find everything I needed in the store and when I asked for an item that wasn’t on the floor he immediately went to check and make sure none was in the back, and he found it! And not only did he give me my item he stocked enough for others to be able to get too! GREAT EXPERIENCE!”

“Before heading to Illinois, we were in search of gas and found this Mobil in Chagrin Falls. There was a Hitch N' Post, but we didn't go in it. The gas was cheaper than other places. It was $3.40/gallon for regular and $3.99/gallon for diesel.”

“Overall, pretty good for a rest stop. Stopped to use the restroom and decided to grab some light snacks. For a gas station it was all pretty clean and the store was laid out pretty well so you could find things easy and get out. There are some fast food options if you need something to eat. They are made to order. Our chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks were made fast, put together correctly and came out hot and fresh. It was cheaper than a fast food place.”

“I do come to this gas station for personal matters as well. Today I was doing Uber eats this young man named Tae I think was working he was an amazing pleasant fast pace working man. This is the smoothest I've ever been to any gas station. Including this one. I've worked for 7 eleven over 10yrs off and on in various positions. This young man honestly needs a promotion. He handled a store full of customers literally a long line and people still shopping took care of three customers as he prepared my order. Speedway I do believe this man is ready for shift lead or manager.”
“I went to Moreland Hills Classic Services recently for major repairs on my Infiniti QX80 after taking it back from the dealership’s service department last November. I spent months trying to find a local repair shop and selected them based on multiple recommendations in local Facebook groups. My experience was OUTSTANDING. They not only fixed everything on my car and got it into perfect driving condition, they did it for more than $2K LESS than the dealership quoted. I couldn’t have asked for a more honest and talented team. I will never take our cars anywhere else after this wonderful experience.”

“Searching for lower priced gas on Northfield Rd finally rolled into Reliance gas ⛽ on empty I was passing prices that read 2.89 2.79 but on the same side of the road across the street was a Sunoco priced 2.66 not bad but Reliance gas was 2.63 service was quick cause everyone was at the Sunoco go figure.”
“Idk why people are complaining about the lady who works in the mornings. I understand where she's coming from in some aspects. I've worked a similar job before. Customer service jobs can be to much sometimes. Especially when it comes down to customers and being the only employee in the building. The gas here is great, good selection of beer, one of the few places in town that carries my Coors Banquet, and they have an outstanding selection of tobacco products, disposable vapes being included. I come here at least twice a week! I just wish they were open a little later!”

“Always pretty friendly staff. Austin must be the best cashier I have ever had at any convenient store. I forget that i am in a small gas station when he serves me.Very clean a good operation for a small gas station and rest area. Austin knows the pack of cigarettes that I get and he already has it ready when I walk into the store. The only reason I didn't give it a five is because that 5 is pretty serious for me to hand out. I updated this place to a 5 because they are obviously doing intense employee screening to have staff like Austin on hand. I told him that I wanted to write a review about him and how hard of a worker he is. He told me not to worry about it. So I hope he sees this. He should know that I love stopping in there to see him for a minute while grabbing things and filling my tank. I might take him from you guys and make him manager of guest services at one of the casinos. Great down to earth guy. Hope he is there for a while though. Hope the best for him but what will I do and where will I go if he leaves....”
