“- [ ] Had an awesome experience here! Right when I came in they gave me a heads up about extended wait. The check in process was super straightforward, made for a great start! The store itself is quite nice and very well thought out. In the evening I got a text saying the items were ready. I asked if I could come in the next day, and the automated system sent a message saying they didn’t pick any of my items. I was bummed and went back the next day, they once again were super kind, I showed them the message, they were super understanding, apologized for the confusion and mentioned they would follow up. I wish I had gotten their names, they were super helpful and so kind explaining everything with the offer. I thought the offer was good, much better than comparing services such as Plato’s Closet. It was something around 20 dollars for three older but in fashion items. They have a service to donate, but are also happy to keep the clothes to give back to the customer. Overall a great experience, and although I didn’t buy anything this time I thought the items were fairly priced, and they had lots of great brands such as Aritzia, Lululemon, and Brandy Melville. Overall a great place, and I will definitely be back!”
“It's the second time I purchase a dress at Ruby's and, just like the time before, I had a great experience here! The store has so many different options, unlike many other stores in Cleveland area. The owner was very helpful and took the time to not only show me the many options available but also assist me as I tried on many options today. He listened to me and helped me pick something appropriate to the event and that compliments my body and looks elegant. During checkout we had a great conversation and talked about our countries and cultures! I will for sure come back whenever I need a fancy dress for another special occasion. And obviously the dress js gorgeous and everyone loved it.”
“Got some shoes for Christmas and couldn’t return them cause I was sick call them to exchange them for the same kind and was told I couldn’t exchange them for a bigger size so now I’m stuck with a pair of shoes that I can’t fit their exchange policy sucks if it’s a gift we could be able to exchange them.Update: I got into contact with the owner and he was very helpful and let me exchange the shoes for a bigger size. The transaction went smoothly and I was in and out. The store was nice and clean smell good the sales associate was very helpful to will be going back to buy more shoes from them”
“As a longtime admirer of Hermès, I knew I had to stop at Cuffs when visiting the Cleveland area. My expectations for the store were pretty high—and I was blown away. It is truly a special place.
I wish I remembered the name of the lovely lady I spoke with, because she was incredibly kind and so knowledgeable about the rich history of the brand. To be honest, I’m not at a point in my life where I can afford Hermès, but I deeply appreciate the brand. I’ve been in numerous boutiques, and while beautiful, the interactions I’ve had with sales associates have often been ice cold.
Cuffs felt more like visiting a wealthy relative’s house, where they let you go through their closet—and I mean that as the highest compliment. It’s warm, inviting, and there’s zero pressure.”
“First, their clothes are awesome. Best quality stuff around and comfortable. Second, the people at Arborwear are terrific. When I messed up an online order for a bunch of items for a company event and didn't realize it until a day or two before the event, they figured out a way to get us what we needed with a short turnaround in order to make our event a success. Meant a lot to our team to get their award gear and to me! Big thanks to Brittany, Rob and the team there for their care!”
“Love Pure Barre! The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. They are friendly and motivate each class. The facility is clean and well maintained. The front desk associates make you feel welcome and assist with scheduling and membership items. Plenty of free parking is available. Class members look forward to each class session.”

“There are truly no words to accurately describe this boutique or the owner. The clothing is second to NONE and so is the OWNER! She keeps you looking AMAZING! She helps put your look together. Anything you need you can get at Dresscode! The space is beautiful. Her other customers quickly become your friends while shopping. There is peace in the building, so much so customers stay longer than just to buy her amazing pieces they start helping you shop, you just start conversations. I have never before felt that kind of amazing energy while shopping. Now that I have, she will forever be my first stop when I have any event, whether it be date night, concert, church whatever. She will be last stop too because I have NEVER had to search for another look somewhere else once going to Dresscode. If you haven’t been, do yourself a favor and go! You won’t be disappointed. What you get at Dresscode, you can’t get anywhere else. I’ve been shopping with her for years. The business is special because the owner is.”

“Te employees were very friendly! From when I entered, to when I wanted to try on and answering my questions. I didn’t feel inferior at all which I tend to feel when I go into public these days. I truly felt they were there FOR me, even though I wasn’t the only one in the store. And when checking out, the sales associate made eye contact and addressed me by name! Made me feel valued and I will definitely be back!”
