“I have dealt with big bank and have been very disappointed with each one of them. One of those banks even allowed someone to go into our accounts and remove our life savings. Our personal checking account my business account and my business savings account. After months of fighting with that bank, we never received one dime back. They said there was no proof we didn't do it. And that was the end of that. First national bank has always been very personable, always able to deal with any thing we needed help with, and they protected us from criminals, who stole our card numbers and we're purchasing things from stores. The people at first national took care of that immediately, and everything was restored to our accounts. You couldn't ask for a better bank and believe you me.I've known a lot of people in my lifetime that have dealt with other banks including myself. First national might not be one of the giant banks out there, but it's better than any of them.”

“We've been with Center Bank in Milford for years. Always friendly & helpful service! I've had no issues with our personal or business accounts here. Have also had things notarized for free as a customer. We left all our big business bank accounts because they didn't align with our values (they help fund oil pipelines in native land, etc.). We are more comfortable with a smaller bank that actually knows who my family is.”

“My mother had some issues with her debit card and was very frustrated and couldn’t get any help from the 1800 customer service number. Called the Milford location out of desperation and Robin the manager really went out of her way to help her. She was so nice and eager to help which is rare these days. If you have any issues with your account or just need to open a bank account go see Robin at the Milford location, she’s great.”
