“This man here is a hero. My nephew bought his car for here. We had went to Walmart to grab some steaks with my 11 year lab/Great dane mix in the backseat of my nephews car. The car was stolen from the parking lot with my dog. This man ever tho the car was paid off, didn’t hesitate to help us track the car down. Randy made the paperwork process a breeze (and was patient / didn't pressure me while I took some time to consider the legit Ford warranty deal offered on my used Mazda (I declined it but question it might be more of a typical used car warranty because partnerships between Ford and Mazda ended in 2018 and phased out completely by 2020)). “I drove nearly two hours to pick up a chrysler 300 today. Lily was amazing to deal with, very honest and bubbly personality. A few minor issues with the car but I didnt buy a new car so that was expected. What wasn't expected is how minor the issues were and how nice the car is. Drove 2 hours home woth not one issue and got a great deal on a nice car. DEFINITELY 10 OUT OF 10 WOULD RECOMMEND.”
