Her, and her assistant were very nice and knowledgeable. I plan to be a return customer for sure. Mary, even paid for wiper blades for my car which was a major help for me as a struggling military veteran. Even if she had not done that, I would still bring my car back. They were very kind and do great work and that is enough in itself. They treated my wife and I as though we were their most important customers. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone. They are the best.”

Had my car towed there after the first repair shop failed to properly fix my vehicle and I was completely frustrated and beyond stressed out. Brian has stellar communication and customer service. He kept me informed every step of the way and the tech who repaired my car definitely knows what he’s doing! Not only did he fix what the first repair shop screwed up, but he fixed my grill shutters and fixed it right the first time!
I’d recommend this repair shop to anyone. These guys know their stuff!”

We had scheduled the day and he asked if there was a time we needed the car back. They were done several hours before we needed it. Very pleased and will be back!”
“The guys did a solid job installing my tires — no complaints on the work itself. I appreciate the care they took, and they even took a video walkaround of my vehicle to point out some recommended services. That part was cool, but no one actually went over those recommendations with me before I left, and nothing was provided in writing.
My only real issue was the wait. I showed up early and had both of my kids with me, and they still ran way over the time they initially gave me. I get that things happen, but a heads-up or more accurate estimate would’ve gone a long way.
Overall, decent experience and I’d come back, but I hope communication improves going forward.”

This is NOT something Firestone deals with typically but they bolted it down for me so I could dive the 300+ miles home safely. They were kind and quick and truly came to my aid.
