“Update: bought car in april 2025, drove it from Lorain to bay village for work 5 days a week until the beginning of May when the misfires had gotten so persistent we could no longer chance driving it. A whole month I got to use it, and still to this day (9/15/25) it's non drivable because of the misfires. We've been steadily trying different things (mostly my husband and father because I am only somewhat mechanically savvy) starting with using a Snap On diagnostic scanner / computer and coming up with the misfires. We've changed spark plugs and coil packs, ran tests on the fuel system, changed out several sensors and cleaned some valves (again I'm not certain of the names but if need be I could get the name of the exact replacements from my father). Nothing has stopped the misfires nor turned off the check engine light.

I cannot blame these folks and I assume benefit of the doubt, but this is an extremely unfortunate situation because I spent almost 5k on this, after saving for over a year (I commuted 3 miles on foot to / from work in Akron all of that time) and tapped out to trust this purchase and was given the short end of the stick from life. Will update as we keep mending.

My husband and I have been scouring places to find somewhere honest and fairly priced with their cars: Jay, at Sports Luxury, is that mediation. My husband and I went looking to finance, and were unfortunately denied by both financiers. So about a week past getting confirmation of denials, we had about 4k saved up so we set our sights on one of Jays older models, and asked about any wiggle room to meet our budget. Jay was compassionate enough to help us out and match our budget, so that we could leave with a vehicle. Through the whole process he was kind, patient, understanding of our circumstances and also was communicative and straightforward with us about what his stock has to offer. He doesn't tag on $$$ additional to the KBB pricing, and does all of the maintenance and repairs in house. Will definitely be back in the future if / when we have the need. Thanks!!”

“Great SUV. Had it checked out the day after I bought it and Conrads said it was a great vehicle and the only thing it was going to need in the foreseeable future was tires. I was pretty persistent about what price I was going to pay and the salesman at the time (who isn't there anymore) had an attitude about going back and forth with the finance person. It was that the auction that they bought it from in New York took forever getting the titles, plus during Covid it wasn't easy process. The new staff worked really hard to make sure that I got my title. I bought it the beginning of August and I just got my title. I don't know if the complaints about this place were with the old staff or because you didn't do your due diligence in picking out a car.”
