“Love the staff here ! My son dropped a candle today & even though I found an associate. She told me she had to go get maintenance. So then another OGP gal kinda stops & I’m talking to them & they were just two of the sweetest people. They assured me that it happens & even though (I know it was it an accident & where I work I’m normally the first one to step in & help a customer…) it was nice having that in return!! One of the gals was shopping a current order so she left but I had a great convo with the one that stayed behind with me. I felt so bad keeping her because the poor maintenance man was running behind lol we talked about our cars, candles, pets,etc. lol not how I expected my Easter morning to start but thank you for making it a story to look back & laugh about ?”

“I am so impressed with the employees at that store, nice and helpful! I do most of my grocery shopping there and truly enjoy my interactions with most of the employees. The store is usually well stocked with a good selection and nice sales. It pays to use the app for shopping and if there’s an issue CS can typically take care of it. The only negative I can think of is the personal shoppers and stockers (that used to happen more at night pre-covid) that seem to be in the way a lot but otherwise a good experience. Thanks Heath Kroger employees!”

“The deli department made 11 food trays for my daughters baby shower and all of it was wonderful! Beautifully made! Everyone at the baby shower was so surprised when I told them that the food trays came from Kroger in Heath. They thought I hired a catering company. When I checked out at the register the young lady that put my trays into my cart helped me to the car and loaded the food trays into the car. She was so sweet! Thank you so much for a great experience! You have top notch employees! I wish I lived closer to this Kroger so I could shop here.”

“ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!! This pharmacy is amazing! The people that work there are professional, extremely kind, caring, and will bend over backwards to help you get your prescription needs safely and quickly! I never had to wait more than 10-15min for a refill. They even will ship your medication to you and put them in blistering packs so there’s no confusion on what and when to take your meds. I’ve gone in there and been upset about things that have nothing to do with my medications and by the time I leave, I’m laughing and so happy! These employees really care about you and your health and well being. So PLEASE, switch to this pharmacy because you will not be disappointed! Thank you girls for all that you do for your patients! “After recently beginning to use a pharmacy regularly, I was shocked at how terrible the experience was at major retailers like CVS and Krogers. Long wait times, constant mistakes requiring me to call back and forth to the doctor's office and the pharmacy to verify things, being told it is worked out now, only to show up and wait again and find out there is still an issue!That is why Ive been so grateful for the quick and personal service at Royal Pharmacy. There is never a line, has never been a mistake, and if there is a problem the pharmacist has offered to communicate with the doctor's office herself and call me when it is worked out. I always see the same woman there and she gives great service and really seems to care about my experience. She is even gracious when I run in there 5 minutes before closing as I am prone to do. This is the difference between a small business vs a large company. Ive seen advertised on their window free delivery as well which Ive never used but sounds like a great service. Id recommend Royal Pharmacy to anyone.”

Not only did they have it ready for me within an hour but all of my insurance info had been sent electronically as well. The staff are friendly and it seemed to be a very well organized workplace. Price was less expensive too!”

“I have had horrible experiences with several different pharmacies since moving to the area, but the people here are awesome! When my medication was out of stock the pharmacist called me ahead of time to let me know so I didn't waste my time driving there. She also suggested several alternative options including other pharmacies that may have it available. This is what customer service should look like!!! Way to go guys!”

“CVS is located in Newark Ohio directly off of 30th and Main Street it was awesome. it was a very clean well-organized CVS. the cashier was extremely friendly very helpful in helping me locate what I needed because it was the first time for me in that particular CVS so I wasn't unfamiliar with the layout but she was very kind to leave her post and come and help me with what I needed. I was in and out in no time”

“The pharmacists are very helpful with answering questions about my meds, be it via phone or in person. If your insurance doesn't cover prescriptions, Kroger offers their own prescription discounts. Just ask for it. Only wish they would allow the entrance door at the pharmacy to be open so that we don't have to park further and walk to pick up our prescriptions. Walking is difficult for some of us. Other than that, I'm pretty much satisfied, which saves me from driving a few miles further for my prescriptions.”
