“After recently beginning to use a pharmacy regularly, I was shocked at how terrible the experience was at major retailers like CVS and Krogers. Long wait times, constant mistakes requiring me to call back and forth to the doctor's office and the pharmacy to verify things, being told it is worked out now, only to show up and wait again and find out there is still an issue! That is why Ive been so grateful for the quick and personal service at Royal Pharmacy. There is never a line, has never been a mistake, and if there is a problem the pharmacist has offered to communicate with the doctor's office herself and call me when it is worked out. I always see the same woman there and she gives great service and really seems to care about my experience. She is even gracious when I run in there 5 minutes before closing as I am prone to do. This is the difference between a small business vs a large company. Ive seen advertised on their window free delivery as well which Ive never used but sounds like a great service. Id recommend Royal Pharmacy to anyone.”

“I like Kroger's and always buy my groceries there but in my visit on 10/23/25 they had a real deal on 2 liter Pepsi, Pepsi Zero, Diet Pepsi and Cherry Pepsi. I bought 5 regular Pepsi and 5 Pepsi Zero in 2 liter bottles. When I got home and check my receipt I found that I was correctly charged 99 cents a liter for the regular Pepsi but the incorrectly charged me $3.49 each for the Pepsi Zero. I wrote to Kroger customer service on the website but they said they don't know what individual store promotions are running. Even my 2 liter Grape Crush soda was 99 cents.”

“I walked in to see if CVS had a certain type of battery, and I wanted to give a Shout-out to Shannon because of her outstanding customer service. And of course all the other wonderful and respectful staff at this CVS of whom I interacted with. I really appreciate you all. Keep up the good work, and again, thanks a ton for going above and beyond.”
