“I thought I needed to post my experience with these guys to help their reviews because they are not as bad as the reviews make them out to believe. I have my car loan through them and at first I was nervous when I discovered that my loan payoff was way off and after reading the reviews I thought it was going to be a nightmare dealing with it. At first I called and I learned that calling is actually a bad idea because when you call any of the locations can answer and they are not as knowledgeable as the home base here in tiffin. So I went in to the location when I wasn't getting a response and was greeted by kalene and she pulled up my account and we discussed what had happened and what I needed to provide to fix it. I came in a couple days later with the documents I needed and within a week she was able to get everything corrected and lifted a huge burden off my shoulders. I couldn't be happier with my experience in person. With that being said they should probably work on a different phone system because if I call the tiffin location I'd like to talk to the tiffin location. Also I do believe they need some upgrades on the payment website because this may have been noticed and corrected years ago if it was. But overall I am happy with them and can't thank kalene enough.”
