“This pharmacy is the BEST place of business (I mean out of all the places I've shopped at and bought anything from)!!! The women who together make this place the convenient, friendly, & truly caring place it is. They went out of their way to make sure I got my prescription I needed even tho I was 30 mins away and they were closing right at that moment. I was still able to pick it up thanks to the efforts of the staff there. And that's above and beyond anything they needed to do, they still wldve earned my 5 stars easily if that extra mile wasn't given. But for me, that just made them top spot in my opinion and in my heart. They truly care about their customers. Which is rare in a pharmacy these days. I can't say enough about this pharmacy. I drive 2 hours JUST to go to them for my prescription needs. Because they were that good to me and helped me in ways that no one else wldve even thought to. These women are truly saints and it's easy to see from the second you walk in that they love their jobs and do them well. You won't be disappointed by choosing this pharmacy I can confidentiality give my word on that. If I cld id nominate them for best business in Ohio. It's hard to believe a pharmacy cld be a place that you speak this way about. Usually you're a name on a bottle and they hand you your stuff and youre gone. They don't know you. You don't know them. This is not how it's done here. They get to know you and your needs and they do the most to see to it that you are given everything you need and will even go out of thIer way to make phone calls and get things approved or updated whatever needs done in order to get you the medicine you are supposed to have. 10 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“Always a pleasant experience. Left a chain pharmacy and transferred all of my prescriptions here. They are always super helpful and very kind. No more phones being left on hold forever to then be answered by someone with short answers and a poor attitude. If you’re going to a chain pharmacy, I lightly recommend switching. Heritage Square is completely out of my way but extremely worth it.”
“I am above-knee amputee confined to wheelchair; I have some brain damages and hard to talk; Celena B at c/o was Super kind and friendly and helped me to load all my groceries in easy to handle bags in my personal cart also Big Thanx to young Lady stocking who offered me help as I got confused and it is embarrasing but I get lost in the stores from my brain problems. The store was very clean and everything was fresh and well stocked.”
“The real Discount store !! Hate buying groceries or personal items every week ?? At these prices you only need to go twice a month & still save money & time !! I drive 43 miles one way & save about $10 a week on gas !! NICE !!
3rd time I personally have been in the store , I hate going shopping, but this time I noticed somerhing sligjtly different !! Other than being BUSY, it seemed a lot better organized with things in labeled isles that were related !! All soft drinls in 2 isles, cooking stuff in another & all the meat in another area where if you stood in one spot, you could just turn & walk to all the burger, chicken, hot dogs, ham etc. No hunting for anything ! Took a good mile off of my journey in the store !! Way to go !! As Arnold said " I'll be back " !!!”
“everytime I leave the Waterloo Rd Marc's in Akron, I say I'm never going there again. The cashiers either don't know how to communicate with the public or don't care. there is never a greeting, never a have a nice day. usually the cashier doesn't even acknowledge the customer. I would rather pay more money and be treated nicely. my cashier Stephon never said one word to me until I asked him if he talked. when I asked him that the cashier at the register next to him tried to stare me down. I'm sorry but I'm done with this Marc's and the HORRIBLE service.”
“The entire staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to help and please the customer. I have always felt like a family member when in the Hartville store. Give them a try and I'm sure you will agree, you just can't beat the wonderful and friendly serv”

“Marc's is a NE Ohio fixture. They generally have a good selection of items. Their seasonal clearance section is always fun to peruse--you never know what you'll find in there! Their pricing is competitive. The only downside is that they don't really have a proprietary, off-brand line of groceries, so you pretty much have to buy major brands. Overall, we love having a Marc's right down the road!”
“Generic brand meds at Davies are better the same meds at other big pharmacy chains. The one generic med I got from a big pharmacy doesn't work for me, but another generic med worked as expected. Pharmacist works extensively to get drug company savings applied. Nice to have a pharmacy that works closely with you on a personal level.”
“I stopped in to grab some mason jars, vodka, and bacon. None of these items were for related reasons, they were just what I needed.
I found every item with ease, and they were priced acceptably to me.
The cashier was friendly and efficient, she had to of set a speed of ringing record on the customer ahead of me that really wasn't trying to leave any food in the store for anyone else...”

“I had an issue with the pharmacy subbing a prescription without asking me first about doing that, which caused me to pay for something that I could not use due to adverse reactions from the drug they subbed and since I didn't open the bag until I got home, I had to absorb the cost of $61 script that I had to throw away. It taught me a lesson that at this particular pharmacy, I need to check my bag Before I leave the counter to make sure it is what I called in. I made a return trip back to the pharmacy to make sure this will not ever happen again and they said they couldn't do anything to make it right since I took it out of the store. On a positive note, I called Matt D., the Store Manager, and he was very gracious about it and did what he could to make it right since it was clearly a communication fallout at the pharmacy level (my doctor confirmed they did not call in what was subbed by DDM). I will give this pharmacy another chance only because I know the pharmacy staff deals with a lot of volume of filling scripts and mainly because of Matt D., Store Manager at the Hills & Dales location, so a Big thank you to Matt for his great customer service skills.”
“It's a small pharmacy, which I like. I've been going there for my prescriptions for over 4 years. I have one recurring complaint. Many times I've called and asked if my scripts were ready to be picked up. I then go there, and am told they are indeed not ready. Then they ask me to wait anywhere between 10-20 minutes. Very irritating, now I ask them to check the filled prescriptions, not the computer.”

“My go to , place especially if you got the plus membership, you save on your prescriptions, that are not fully covered on your plan, only down fall,closes at 7pm and doesn’t open on Sundays..So if you go to a practice like, I go to , you are going to be inconvenienced, for real…pick your battles.”
