“I was very impressed! I called prior for pricing on a used tire and was happy with the price for install. When I arrived I was helped by the manager (I believe that's what his position is or could be owner) who remembered the call and the tire number. I felt a little up-sale while the tire was being installed but at the same time I'm sure my other tire needed replaced and I needed alignment and brakes soon as well. I feel they are very honest! I ended up getting two used front tires with EXCELLENT tread & for an awesome price compared to other competitors nearby! My car rides so much better! They were friendly and quick. I will definitely return!”
“was recently on a roadtrip from Florida to Norwalk, OH and my 13 VW Passat TDI decided to act up. I googled and found Dubwerx and they wouldn’t even look at it but they referred me to Eurauto. Great service, was able to perform a forced regen and get me back on the road but recommended that I get it into a dealer. Went over to Joseph’s VW and they were too busy as well and they referred me to Auto4N. Great service, great people, double checked everything and assured me that I could continue my trip without any issues and thank God I did and had a great time!”

“I just had the most delightful experience leasing a new XT4 from Cincinnati Cadillac. It started with a phone call to Ms Teresa who made my appointment and greeted us on arrival. Then we met Kyle, a sales associate who was so informative and helpful. She directed us to the vehicle for a test drive. Loved the way the car handled and it was such a quiet ride.Back at the dealership, Eric,the sales manager, got to work on putting an awesome deal together. The team work and the professionalism was epic. I was not expecting to close a deal today and yet, there we were all signed, (with Stephen, the finance guy) sealed, and delivered in a short period of time. “All the staff at Kitu’s Auto provided me with top tier customer service and quality work on my vehicle. The office staff was on top of the entire process with my insurance company, down to ordering the parts needed for my repair. Kitu himself is very hands on with the repair process ensuring everything is done correctly and communicating details related to the repair. They were super helpfuly getting me schedule and working with me on timing since I drove from out of town. I could not ask for a better collision repair experience. “They now have a new customer. They weren’t able to get me in right away for a complete inspection because of the holiday weekend but checked my car to be sure I’d be safe until my appointment. They also gave me some tips to help. Dropped the car off, they called back and gave me the total price with labor and taxes. Pretty reasonable and didn’t charge me for anything I didn’t need. “I took my Mazda 5 here and they were able to replace the transmission module in a surprisingly short period of time. The staff was also very friendly, and they washed my car before returning it to me. The only issue was that my battery was not secured back in place properly, causing my car to stall, though this was a relatively easy fix.”

“After receiving a ridiculous quote from a local Ford dealership, I decided to give Jeff's a try. I stopped by and spoke with Don who gave me a quote well within reason and got me in quickly. I also had a previous issue looked at by three Ford dealers (over he course of a year who threw parts at the issue) who couldn't find the problem. Don and I discussed it and he thought he knew what the problem might be. He called me the next day with and estimate to repair and that they had found the issue. Don kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and was completed the next day. Words can't express how satisfied I am with this shop and I am so glad I found them. “I live in NW Ohio and received an email about a ‘flash’ oil change discount. Unfortunately I was on a business trip to SW Ohio. But I decided to take advantage of the promotion and went to the Goodyear Service Center in West Chester Ohio. Everything went smooth until I went to pay the bill. It was nearly $20 more than my online appointment estimate. When I brought this to the attention of my Service Advisor, Brian Vonderhaar, not only was he surprised, but he took the next 15 minutes to identify the discrepancy in the Goodyear system and we ended at the final cost I anticipated.
