“This is a one of a kind building. The architecture is beautiful, Ohio’s landscape is mostly postmodern architecture but this building is just stunning. Knowing that is from 1924 and is this well conserved is remarkable. If you’re visiting Ohio like I was, this should be one of your stops: appreciate the views, the decoration, the amount of detail in doors, ceilings, lighting, for me the art-deco/baroque/whimsical architecture was just fantastic. Also the crew are friendly and welcoming so for me it was a 10/10.”
“Just moved out recently! And it was truly amazing experience. Always greeted with kindness by all the staff especially. Maintenance is usually fast and same day and if not usually communicates when things will be done. Fun resident events I’ve racked up a decent amount of gift cards participating in raffles and events! Would recommend anyone looking for quiet housing with an experience live here.”

“I recently contacted the leasing office via telephone and Leasing Professional Bri answered the line. I was in need of apartment information in addition to their CMHA voucher standards. Bri was extremely professional and transparent. With a mild misunderstanding during our phone call Bri maintained professional decorum. She humbly notated some specific information regarding CMHA procedures and guidelines.
It was pleasant being in communication with a professional who listens in efforts of full comprehension.
Bri ~ You're a ROCK STAR! Thank You again!”
“I had a great experience at Founders Park. The property is well-maintained, clean, and has a really welcoming atmosphere. What stood out the most was Nick—he was extremely professional, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made everything smooth and stress-free.
Highly recommend Founders Park, especially if you get the chance to work with Nick”
“The amenities are amazing and truly set this place apart. They have so much to offer, and you can tell they really care about creating a comfortable and enjoyable living experience for residents. The community is well-kept, welcoming, and has such a great atmosphere.”
“Ive been living in one of the properties for well over a year and I couldn't have had a better experience so far. The building I am in is old and with that there are a few things you have to deal with but nothing thats a deal breaker. Very kind and responsive staff whenever there has been a maintenance issue.”

“I’ve had a generally positive experience living here. The location is convenient and the overall layout and design of the units feel modern and well thought out. The space works especially well for a small family and the atmosphere is relatively quiet and comfortable.
Maintenance has been responsive when issues come up and that makes a big difference in day-to-day living. The common areas are usually kept clean and it feels like there’s some level of care put into the property.
That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. Communication from management isn’t always as clear or timely as it could be and there have been moments where follow-up was needed. Depending on your neighbors, noise can occasionally be an issue but that’s fairly typical for apartment living.
Overall, it’s a solid place to live. It’s not perfect but it offers a good balance of comfort, location and livability. I’d recommend it to someone looking for a practical and decent apartment option.”
“Austin place has a variety of amenities including an excellent fitness center, a dog park, and a pool that is ideal for summer. The clubhouse features a movie room and a coffee bar, adding a nice touch to the community. Additionally, maintenance requests are usually addressed quickly.”

“My experience so far as a resident has been so very positive that it could take me awhile to make sure I document the whole experience.
1. Yes it’s true, we have a pool! (I moved in October of last year, so this season will be my first)
2. It’s sits on the walking trail between Bicentennial and Scioto Audubon Parks, Topiary Park, and Battelle Riverfront Park! It technically sits in the brewery district, with the only 80s bar in Columbus and the only live musical dinner theater in Columbus at the end of our block!
3. Gated parking
4. Parking garage
5. Full-sized washer and dryer included in every unit!
6. The best snow removal in the city!
7. Most beautiful sunset views.
8. Crown molding and custom trim plant shelves, bookcase shelves and giant closets.
9. Allows pets!
10. Ten foot ceilings and a giant bathtub!
If you see this and decide to sign a lease— please mention my name! They have a very generous referral program! Thanks! -Carly”

“This community is in a great location and their leasing office staff are impeccable. The apartments are clean and updated. Austin helped me and my husband through the entire process and answered the many questions we threw at him. We can’t wait to move in and enjoy our new home.”
“These apartments are seriously beautiful! they keep everything so clean and neat for all of us, it’s literally a dream to be able to live here from all the amenities to the helpful staff in particular Alexandria, their property manager, super helpful and always a pleasure to talk to!”
“I LOVE this apartment! I’ve been here for almost 2 years. It’s definitely my favorite apartment of all time. I love the two doors, one is a back door to the fire escape the other has a locked downstairs door where one must buzz to get in. I feel very safe due to it.My neighbors are wonderfully nice, polite and quiet too. Mixed crowd of college students to working professionals. Thankfully the walls are so thick most people can’t hear anything and the reverse is true too.Yes it is very old but that’s it’s charm! My suggestion for most people when living here: buy ceramic heaters off of Amazon for winter. Two is suffice. Get a 3rd one for backup or if you need to be toasty. My electric bill is never over $60 a month. I notice that if your neighbors run their air you won’t have to run yours as often. The only issue outside of the actual apartment are noise and parking.A. Tape your parking pass to your window to avoid towing from shamrock.B. Get city parking passes they’re only $25 a year!!! A Steal compared to most cities.C. Buy at least two noise machines! The bars and their patrons can get LOUD at night, and I mean ANY NIGHT. I run at least one during the week and two-three during the weekend.Otherwise it’s an adorably peaceful place to live.”
“Enjoy living here — the view is great, the tenants are respectful, and everything is very convenient. Parking is easy, and having 24‑hour access to the gym, pool table , and deck is a huge plus. The deck area even has a grill, which makes it perfect for relaxing or hosting.”
“The location, amenities, layouts, and responsiveness of maintenance / office here are great! The cost is high and continues to grow, but this is to be expected at a complex like this. Newer complexes in area with the same level of amenities with much smaller sq footage, etc seem to be higher priced. Have been here about 4 years now!”
“The Wonder Bread Bakery Factory was shut down in May of 2009. Wonder Bread Bakery Wonderland Factory is no more. It became Wonder Bread Apartment Complex Lofts and Cbus Tavern.”
“I have been here since January I've never seen no kind of bugs bed bugs roaches nothing if you're a clean person there's nothing here to be afraid of but they are slow to fix some things if it's not major I like it here”
“Justin helped with a last minute tour and my many questions I had before signing my lease. The process has been super easy so far, I will update my review once I have spent a couple months in the unit but so far very impressed with the office staff!”
“Had a great experience with your installation and repair division. Dalton was our installer on our floor repair and he was extremely professional, conscientious, and provided us some great great recommendations. Thanks Dalton for your work and excellence this week.”
“To be honest, its a good hideout. Just stay to yourself let the rifraff sort its self out and you'll be fine. Good starter apartments so you learn what to do and go for in the future.”
“Broadway Station is beautiful. It mixes old world with modern convenience. Bars and restaurants are all over the neighborhood, there are even axe throwing and escape rooms! That being said, the best part is the Broadway Station Appartments. They are new, beautiful and have great amenities like delivery concierge, a free weight/cardio gym, dance studio and a club room with pool table and coffee bar that my kids love. The best part is the management team. Janna is the Property Manager, Jaime runs leasing and Michael runs maintenance. They are the dream team, and are so nice to me and my family. They look out for our deliveries and keep the grounds and appartments in top notch condition. They are always a delight to deal with and handle every encounter with professionalism and a spirit of helpfulness.”
