“Tim did a great job with my VCR repair. I have a high-end S-VHS JVC VCR from the '90s that I use to transfer video online. Over time, the mode switch began to slowly stop working until it wouldn't play a tape at all. Tim figured out what the problem was, gave a reasonable time frame, and even demonstrated the repair when I picked it up. Thanks, Tim!”
“My experience with IFixx was great. From the very beginning, I left a message and they called back quickly. I missed their call and had a message back from them. When we finally did get in touch with each other, they were very knowledgeable about what I needed. I made an appointment and I was leery of meeting at a shared office space that didn't have their name on the storefront but it worked out fine. They were right on time for the appointment. I had cracks in my screen so they replaced it. It's like a new phone! When the time came for me to pick my phone up, I had a very hard time finding a parking space downtown. That, coupled with the traffic caused me to be about 20 minutes late which really stressed me out. The rep waited patiently for me and was calm as a cucumber even though I was so stressed about being late. I'll definitely go back to IFixx with future phone problems!”
“Went in with a broken camera lens and instead of charging me they offered to clean it and actually found that the lens was scratched. I would have had spent $99 to get something that wouldn’t have solved the problem but luckily the staff was helpful enough to help me avoid that problem. 10/10”
“Update: I originally gave this company one star because of what was poor customer service. The manager called my grandson and told him he owed me an apology for how he responded to me. He told my grandson to bring the Xbox back in and he would take another look at it. I’m happy to say that the Xbox was able to be fixed and is now working. I didn’t update to a five star because of how this was first handled, but they redeemed themselves.They are a rip off. Pay attention to the low star ratings . My grandson took his Xbox in for repair. Paid $120. Took it home and plugged it in. Same issue is still broken. My grandson took it back and they told him it can’t be repaired, that he broke it more. My grandson said the part was more loose than before they so called repaired it. I called and spoke with the manager. He said it was fixed when it left his store and he wouldn’t do anything about it. I asked if I could bring the Xbox in and have him show me what he fixed and let me take pictures of it. He said “no, we aren’t doing that”. Why not if you did the job correctly? How is it now not fixable now?Was it not fixable when you received it, but you jiggled some stuff around to make it seemed like you fixed it and stole $120 from him? If you securely fixed the issue it should not be broken within hours of it being fixed. Don’t do business here.”
“Best place ever. always answers all of my questions, gives me the best deals on the latest phones. I always go here to pay my bill,get my phones fixed, etc. If any one has anything bad to say about the service or the phone the purchased.....wrong. They probably brought the phone new and they bad a** kids broke it and want to blame it on the place of business. I don't care what no one else says. Best place, Best prices, Best people. Done deal!”
