“Tanner was great. He helped me out with all my questions really knowledgeable. He helped me with a quote and it was really quick and cheaper than I thought it would be.”
“Came into store with phone not working after talking to customer service 3 different times for hours. KD took his time fixing the phone & made sure everything worked before I walked out the door! Thank you so much!!”
“Ask for Alicia/Alyssia , most friendly knowledgeable helpful sales rep I’ve dealt with at any cell phone store, she helped me transfer two lines and get two phones free when other reps said I couldn’t. She was very patient despite me not being prepared whatsoever, I’ll ask for her specifically any time I come back. Thanks!”
“I had a great experience with Kellyn at T-Mobile. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions and made everything quick and easy. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and would definitely recommend her!”
“I recently upgraded my old phone to a new IPhone 17 and received great, knowledgeable service from both Savannah and Matt. They were patient as I tried to decide between the newer phones, able to answer all of my questions, and very helpful with any transfer questions for my new phone. Thanks Savannah and Matt!”
