“I visited the store on 8/10/25.. Arianna was the person who helped me upgrade my phone.. she was very informative and very helpful. She even made me aware of a new plan that I changed to. She is very informative and she does very well at her job.”
“Overall, I found this store to be helpful. We found the trade in process to be very frustrating. I stopped in this store and they told me I could trade in our phones there. It's a good thing, because I did not receive the right materials to mail them back. We have 2 phones and I received 1 envelope. I called and was told I should have 2 envelopes. Verizon customer service told me on the phone they would send another envelope and box. I called again 10 days later. To this day, I have never received the materials! Since there is a deadline to send the trade ins, I was getting stressed about it. It should not be that hard to do an online trade in! The reps at this store were helpful.”

“I went here for a phone upgrade. Picked up my new phone and took a few days to transfer my data and make sure I liked the new phone. Then a few days later I returned the old phone. Both times I was greeted before I used their interactive kiosk. Very nice staff from my limited interaction with them.”
