Very friendly, and didn't keep me waiting. After purchasing my gate, he came outside, and helped me load it and secure it in my trailer. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.”

“this is a good location to visit. the entrance could be worked on a little bit but that's not their fault (thanks columbus). they always keep it clean at this store and always have things stocked up and ready for the average DIY'er. there is one lady whom. i'm not particularly a fan. she is very rude and a bit over barring with her job, as if she is getting graded by someone daily. but other than her- the staff is great and always helpful.”

“Just had to share my experience today. Purchased a commercial pressure washer online for a job today, got out to the job site and it was damaged. I was livid. I was ready to argue before entering the store because I expected a run around since it was done online and I’ve not had great experiences with other HD’s in the past.
I worked with Jennifer, she gave me a few different routes I could go and the one that made the most sense was just reordering that model. She not only got it situated she pushed to expedite the order to get me back to work. Life has been kicking my butt lately so the extra effort went a long way with me.
So thank you Jennifer it meant a lot, and I will continue to do my shopping at this Home Depot because of it!”
