“Ended up here after a very long drive from FL. Called the phone number and spoke with a very nice lady that reached out to the front desk to let me in and booked a room. The girl working the front desk (Red hair around midnight 06/26) was very nice and easy to talk with even though I was exhausted. Those are the people to keep around and promote within and the reason I will choose this hotel over others in the area.
The room was very clean and beds comfortable but the pillows need some work. They were not the greatest.
Overall I am big on customer service and the two people I dealt with knocked it out of the park. Not to mention the lady that checked me out. Thank you all!”

“HUGE shoutout to hotel staff, and the GM Jay. Hilton Honors was being incredibly evasive, but the hotel staff was wonderfully accommodating and made sure my problem was resolved. Shout out to Duran who was taking work calls on vacation. Thank you!!

The hotel itself was the cleanest, most welcoming hotel I’ve ever stayed at, PERIODT. It’s a combo hotel which I’ve never seen before; one half is a Tru and the other half is a Home2Suites. Staff is friendly and helpful. They’re quick to resolve any minor concerns. The lobby is fully stocked with things to keep you busy- pool table area, desk area with a free library, and tons of little nooks to get comfortable in for long conversations or quiet time.

The hotel is in a suburb ish area; lots of commercial shopping and eateries nearby. Overall we will stay here again when visiting!

We stayed on the Tru side. The room was up to par. In the future I’d stay on the other side though because it felt kind of small, but no issues otherwise”

“Surprisingly one of the few Garden Inns that is actually well taken care of. Clean, windows that open, well maintained. Unfortunately the front desk was usually absent, apathetic, or just rude to my coworker trying to check in and I saw half a dozen frustrated guests waiting to check in throughout the week.”

“Cool little motel 6 love the people working here, everyone I've met has been tremendously helpful and thoughtful since I've stayed here. It's around everything you could possibly need, grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, you name it. Only things I would critique is the police presence has been heavy over here for other guest staying here and the entrance to the parking lot severally needs to be paved. Don't pull in too fast as you risk dipping hard on some missing concrete in the road. Other than that it's pretty chill ?”

“One of the best roadside hotels i've ever stayed in. Very roomy. The pool was large. Clean. Well supplied rooms. The exercise fitness room, it was fully stocked multiple treadmills, cable machine and weights.

They even had extras like free laundry on site. Great for my big family. We'd definitely stay there again”

“This hotel is ok. Pretty basic as far as looks, rooms are mediocre but I give it 5 stars because I stayed here for an extended time and was never able to pay by checkout. I needed a few hours most days to come up with the money and they didn’t mind at all. Convienent gas station nearby for snacks and such.”

“Omg! Let me tell you what an AMAZING experience I have had staying at Comfort Suites in Grove City, OH. The lady on 3rd shift. I can't remember her name because I am horrible in the name department but I will update this with the correct name once I find out. She was sooooo sweet and easy to talk to. I love people like that. Sometimes life is hard and to have someone who sees and hears you and you know knows what it's like. It's a feeling of being understood and to me that is hospitality. Good service, NO JUDGEMENT, understanding, problem solved, fixes the problem, bring comfort, and polite. The world needs more people like this wonderful lady. Let me tell you. I have stayed in a bazillion hotels and I can honestly say that if everyone was to learn hospitality from her. The hotels would be booming. Also it is important to know that I was not asked to write this review, and was not givin anything other than true kindness. I took the time to leave this review because people like her go unnoticed. They become just the hotel worker that checks in people and cleans up messes and moves you rooms when you complain, a hotel worker that deals with complaints and petty stuff because there are so many entitled people these days. The hotel worker that doesn't get a thank you, a please or how's your day. That's why I'm leaving this review because the good ones that are still left after being mistreated by people on a daily basis deserve these kind of reviews. Thank you so much for keeping a kind heart, for listening when people need heard, and for being understanding without judgement. We may have only spoke for a short time but I will forever remember your kindness. I am so sorry about the name. It will be put on here asap. Comfort Suites you need to give this woman some kind of appreciation. It's people like her that put the big bucks in your pocket. Now to the rooms and the rest of the place. Awesome. I'm not kidding it's great here. Breakfast is always good, hot and served on time. Beds omg the beds so soft and comfy but not over kill comfy like uncle festers bed. (If you know you know, watch the movie!) TV is big you can actually see it and there are channels to watch. Plenty of lightning and mood lighting which I thought was cool. Not many hotels let you adjust the brightness of your room. Showers are on point, hot water is always on and you can even stick your hand in the side to turn the shower on so you don't get wet. Or it's like a speaker when you are in the shower and your husband's on the toilet. Sorry maybe a little TMI. Guys listen the hotel is great! The only thing you have to worry about is Grove City police. Man do they do a heck of a job. Trust me if you don't know you have a break light out they will find out for you. Do 35mph, have your DL and insurance and God don't have warrants and you are good to go to the Comfort Suites. God bless everyone. Have an amazing day!”
