“I was booked a room at this hotel for a night for a work meeting the next day and the experience was phenomenal. The front desk associate was very friendly and attentive. The housekeeping staff accidentally left their air purifier machine in the room (it happens, we all make mistakes) but I wasn’t bothered by it since I unplugged it and set it to the side where it didn’t get in my way, I was staying a night after all but the front desk assistant called my room asking if it was there and I said yes but I wasn’t bothered by it since I moved it out of the way. She offered to come in and retrieve it and gave me complimentary snacks and bonus rewards for the inconvenience which I appreciated, it exemplified world class hospitality and customer service. my room was the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever seen. My room had a kitchenette which was a nice touch but i didn’t use at my stay but i highly recommended if you’re staying there longer term. Breakfast was great and if i were to visit Hilliard/Columbus for personal purposes, I would definitely stay here again.”

“I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. We stopped our drive around 1 am and had lovely customer service from Q on night duty. She took care of us when several other hotels were not accommodating, and she went above and beyond to help us with our medical cooler situation as well. The rooms were VERY clean, I mean white glove clean and you could have eaten off the shower. The linens were also nice and clean and fragrance free which I’m very sensitive to.

All around a wonderful experience and if we pass through again I would 100% stay here. If all best westerns are like this then I am a newly converted customer!”
