Hours: Huntington Bank has received mixed reviews from its customers, with both positive and negative experiences reported. Many customers have praised the bank's staff for their exceptional customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to assist them. For instance, one customer had an "exceptional experience" at the bank, commending the staff for their efficiency, kindness, and a delightful sense of humor, particularly highlighting the excellent service provided by an employee named Mr. Eric. However, not all experiences have been positive. One customer expressed dissatisfaction with the bank's mobile deposit services, stating that the tellers were unable to provide helpful advice and that the process was frustrating. Additionally, another customer noted that the drive-through service at the Georgesville location was slower compared to the Huntington location. Despite these concerns, the bank has also received praise for its pleasant and genuine staff. One customer, who visited the drive-through on Stringtown Road in Grove City, Ohio, was particularly impressed by the teller's kind and heartfelt engagement, which made the customer feel comfortable and appreciated during a time of uncertainty. Overall, Huntington Bank appears to provide a mixed experience for its customers, with some exceptional service and others facing challenges. The bank's staff seem to play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience, with both positive and negative interactions reported.
