“A very nice and friendly branch! Online said I could not get a temporary card and the young lady said it was not true. Issued me a temporary card, I was able to withdraw money for fuel, since I had lost my wallet. And even ordered me my replacement card identical to the one I had lost. And it is just as she stated come into the branch when losing your card you will receive your replacement card faster in 2-3 days rather than 9 when you call the online banking. And you will be issued a new temporary card to use that will automatically delete and stop working once you receive your replacement card.”

She made the process very smooth, and walked through everything with me, including how the Chase app works. I’ve never had such a good experience at a bank! “I visited just before closing because I was unable to get there any earlier and was afraid they would not let me endorse my hail damage check from my insurance, but the gentleman that greeted me was unphased by this and was so welcoming and professional. I am in the service industry and I was very impressed by his can-do attitude and friendliness, and patience as he had to make several phone calls to complete my transaction. This was the first time I've used this bank even though I've been a BOA customer for years. Made a good impression.”

“I only bank here because my father had account with KeyBank. I asked him “ hey dad is Key Bank treating you good?” He said “ yeah, son they are alright”. He died in 2017.. So, that is the reason why I bank with Key Bank. I can’t really say more than that. I wish they had a bank in the ghetto or near the minority community. They have PNC bank in the ghetto on Lockbourne and Mt Vernon in the heart of Heroin capital of Columbus Ohio. I just don’t know why a bank based in Cleveland Ohio that serves majority African Americans isn’t in the ghetto in Columbus, Ohio. I hate driving to the white neighborhoods to go to the bank. I want to stay in my neighborhood the Ghetto. ???♂️”

“I love my PNC Bank! My hubby and I have had accounts there for at least the past 15 years. The employees are kind, caring, and good at their job. The atmosphere is pleasant. When you walk in, it's clean, comfortable lighting, soothing energy, and patrons are helped in an efficient and thorough way.
