“My family has been long time customers, myself my whole life, when it was Plain Dealer Credit Union in Cleveland, now Credit Union of Ohio. I have some big chain banks I use as well, & when they've turned me down for loans for absurd reasons, CUOO has approved me easily with good rates for my auto & personal loans. Applying was easy & happy with the service. Great switch from PDCU to CUOO.”

“A very nice and friendly branch! Online said I could not get a temporary card and the young lady said it was not true. Issued me a temporary card, I was able to withdraw money for fuel, since I had lost my wallet. And even ordered me my replacement card identical to the one I had lost. And it is just as she stated come into the branch when losing your card you will receive your replacement card faster in 2-3 days rather than 9 when you call the online banking. And you will be issued a new temporary card to use that will automatically delete and stop working once you receive your replacement card.”

“I literally walked through the door at 4:59pm and the branch closes at 5pm... I wouldn't have bothered if it wasn't 100% necessary but the staff treated me as though we had all the time in the world - they all greeted me with smiles and Hayley took great care to ensure I had everything I needed. I'd had a rough day up to that point but those ladies served to put a smile on my face and gratitude in my heart. ?”
“I feel bad for the poor bank teller having to work on a Saturday and appeared to be the only one. To make it worse, at 11:45 am, 15 minutes from closing time, she had 4 people waiting in line inside and 3 cars including me at the drive thru lanes. Props to her though, she interacted with me in the most pleasant of demeanor and nothing could ruin her cheerful mood.”
“I don't know about the branches yet. But let me break this down really quickly. I screwed up, went to prison, been working my tail off and let me tell you that this place has become a Godsent. I am rolling everything here. They financed my car, credit card, and soon my retirement. I definitely recommend dealing with them. I will be sending people like me, damaged but working on it people.”
“Was on that side town so I stopped in to fix a user error on my part. When I got there it wasn't very busy so I got in line. A few minutes later a woman came in and asked if I was in line? I mentioned I was waiting to talk to someone about my account and she could go ahead. Someone must have heard me because a guy walked up very politely and asked if I had an appointment? I said no. He asks for my name so I can be put in line for a banker. As he walked away he spoke to a co- worker(Arena) who said she wasn't busy and she could help me. She was super friendly and helpful with my issue. Sorry I didn't get the guys name. You guys where very helpful. Thanks again”

“I visited just before closing because I was unable to get there any earlier and was afraid they would not let me endorse my hail damage check from my insurance, but the gentleman that greeted me was unphased by this and was so welcoming and professional. I am in the service industry and I was very impressed by his can-do attitude and friendliness, and patience as he had to make several phone calls to complete my transaction. This was the first time I've used this bank even though I've been a BOA customer for years. Made a good impression.”

“I love my PNC Bank! My hubby and I have had accounts there for at least the past 15 years. The employees are kind, caring, and good at their job. The atmosphere is pleasant. When you walk in, it's clean, comfortable lighting, soothing energy, and patrons are helped in an efficient and thorough way.
They have genuine smiles and make every patron feel welcome and unique. All in all, There's not a thing I can think of that would tarnish the above statements.
