“You can tell this branch is locally run because the two clerks are always there and very helpful. The location is very small, so there is no self-service option or after hours package drop off, but during business hours it's the best USPS location in the city.”
“Had no clue what I was doing when it came to shipping out an Xbox but an employee in there named Curt was super helpful! Helped me figure out which box and shipping method to use and was extremely patient with me while I figured out what I was doing. Thank you again to him!!”

“I suppose the negative reviews stem from the unreliability inherent in the bureaucratic dysfunction of the USPS.
Otherwise, this particular location is the bees knees. In terms of customer service, they knock it out of the park. And unfortunately, I don’t recall the customer service rep’s name (will edit when I find out), but he delivers service you can’t find in places you might expect have quality service. Nobody tips, practically no one is nice to workers in this sector, but he offers a smile and pleasant
conversation when applicable. I’d choose this location over any in Cbus just for the ease of transactions alone.”
“I’m astonished to see any low ratings for this location—because unless you’ve been there, you truly can’t understand what these dedicated workers go through, day in and day out. Shout out to the USPS team at this location who continue to show up and serve us, no matter the circumstances.
Have you seen it? Probably not—the smallest post officeI’ve ever seen in my life. And yet, this incredible team makes it work. They show up through the heat, the snow, the rain—and still manage to greet us with professionalism, patience, and care.
Nothing is perfect, but to me, they are—because they give their best every single day.
So here’s a huge thank you to David, Melinda, Jordan, Jessica, and Cody. I appreciate you all to the fullest. Thank you for not only serving me, but for serving the entire community with such heart and consistency. You are truly valued. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“I went in around 3 pm in the tax season expecting a huge line, or a closed office altogether (after other reviews). It was actually empty. I had to wait a bit for a USPS employee, but I don't think it was more than about 5 minutes, I just had nearly enough time to fill out two addresses on certified mail slips. Quite satisfactory overall”
“I had scheduled two appointments at the Georgesville location and was canceled same day both times on a Friday and the following Monday. This location took me as a walk in. Not sure what the policy is. But the woman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Will start going to this location”
“Quick moving line. Window person (I should’ve remembered her name but didn’t) was exceptionally pleasant and helpful! Saturday around noon was a great time to be there that day!”
“Robin was helpful. There was a short wait where the bell wasn't heard. She was apologetic (unnecessary) and mindful that she may have not heard the bell. I appreciated the quick and knowledgeable service. There was also a clerk the other day who mentioned a transition in roles to where being at the front was new again. I appreciated the insight as it allowed me to be patient within the circumstance. Good USPS location.”
