Forklift guy was already waiting for me to back in and he started loading right away. Loading took 30 min max. In and out in less than an hour. “Must of had the "A" squad working today. The gentleman that checked me in did great. It doesn't matter how many times I give them my phone number, they still only call my wife's phone. Went to pickup the car and they brought it into the bay for me and it had been washed, normally they state they are too busy so this was a nice surprise. The cost was within expectations so no surprises there. They showed different tire numbers this time (my little check to see if they actually pay attention since not all of the tires are the same age). Three days later the oil change notice went off in the car, they always forget to reset that so it's a slight pain in the rear but I've done it myself after each visit anyway. If the "A" squad is working, you definitely get better service!”
