“Can't thank Jason enough. Car won't start and he came to my house after he got off work with his computer and looked at my car for me since I couldn't get it there. He stayed for an hour and found a possible cause. We came up with a game plan and he gave us a few things to check before taking it into his shop to get fixed. He is trying to save us as much money as possible. Not to mention he was very nice. Thank you, Jason!”

“Had my cold air intake installed but the next day it wasn't tight enough and it popped off. Luckily I found out by the check engine light and had to tighten it back up. Stuff like that shouldn't happen but luckily it wasn't too bad. Otherwise the people were nice but it did take about 4 hours to get an air intake done.”

“Must of had the "A" squad working today. The gentleman that checked me in did great. It doesn't matter how many times I give them my phone number, they still only call my wife's phone. Went to pickup the car and they brought it into the bay for me and it had been washed, normally they state they are too busy so this was a nice surprise. The cost was within expectations so no surprises there. They showed different tire numbers this time (my little check to see if they actually pay attention since not all of the tires are the same age). Three days later the oil change notice went off in the car, they always forget to reset that so it's a slight pain in the rear but I've done it myself after each visit anyway. If the "A" squad is working, you definitely get better service!”

“I had delivery here. Appointment was for 8:00am and I arrived at 10:30am. I picked up late and drove almost 850 miles to get there. From Boston to Groveport, OH. Because I was late. But Yokohama didn’t made any problem because I sas late. They delivered my trailer in 30 minutes! Very good job and very good people work over there!!!
