“The guy who runs it was rude at first. When I walked in I greeted him with how are you and he just kept cutting me off saying “your name, I need your name”. After that hunch he was kind. 29 ft truck was very clean and ran great. I also was stuck in traffic and there 5 minutes after closing, I called ahead of time and he waited for me.
