I got another appointment with a different mechanic scheduled in the mean time, and then shortly after, Avenue Auto Repair called me back to give me first dibs on a time slot available for the next day (their existing appointment canceled). “This place is top notch. The customer service I received can not be beat. As an extremely busy medical professional, my time is so limited and everyone I dealt with at Bexley Automotive respected this and found a way to work with me including bringing a loaner car to my work and taking my car in for service. The key drop off is so easy and secure. My car was given the star treatment and when something was not working correctly after the initial round of repairs, they insisted on taking the car back, giving me the loaner for another day and making it right. I told them I was about to leave on vacation with my sons to the Eastern Shore of Maryland and they went over my car with an eye on safety specifically for my trip. It ran like a dream the whole way there and back and still is. I will bring all of my automotive business here from now on and tell my friends and family to do the same.”
“Oh my goodness Fastlube on Livingston & Courtright was awesome. I never been to a fastlube before so I was surprised when you just stay in your car while they changed my oil. Each technician was very courteous, helpful and respectful about the concerns of my vehicle and serviced my car as mentioned in their oil change package as well as replaced my headlight bulb at an small fee. They even shared what wasn't needed that also kept my cost down. I will be returning for future related services.”

“Ordered 4 tires online, walmarts customer service was awful. But when I got to this store's location, Ja'Mari, Tom and Phurba were so kind, efficient and provided a level of customer service I thought no longer existed. They did amazing and I will be back just to see these employees again. I did go the day before bc of a miscommunication coming from their company service line, the employees were amazingly helpful and 9npy limited by Walmarts poor policies. Whoever worked in the auto depth on 8/27/25 & 8/28/25, they were a fresh of breath air and soothed my worries.”

“For a Saturday on a holiday weekend the staff moved extremely fast! When I arrived there were two people ahead of me in line. Including my wait time I was only there for approximately 30 minutes!!! I fully expected to be there over an hour but the staff moved extremely fast and did not cut any corners or let the quality of service fall!!”
“The guys at the Canal Winchester Walmart auto center were very nice and helpful. Much better service than the Reynoldsburg Walmart Auto Center. I was having 2 tires put on my car, on the front, and I think they did a good job. It didn’t take very long either, only about 30 minutes or so. We just walked around Walmart until they were done. Originally I was planning on having my tires put on at the Reynoldsburg location but when I tried to schedule my appointment, the guy tried to tell me that they were all booked up until next year. This was around Thanksgiving weekend and I bought the tires during Black Friday sale.”
