“I actually haven't been out there in a approx few months ago but I only get on here an put all my reviews at one time every few months but TO BE CLEAR I have bought many diff parts from them over the years for all types of things in all price ranges even(from $20 all the way up to$500-$600) and my experience has always been great customer service has been wonderful everyone I've interacted with has been very knowledgeable even going as far as to tell me what I should do as far as getting the part put on my vehicle and the top it off 0 there consistently the cheapest when calling everyone”

“First, I will review the salesman: I will not purchase a car from him again. He was rude from the start. He was disrespectful to me and my Mom, who went with me. I never saw the car I was interested in. A ploy I assume to get me snagged into a more expensive vehicle. I negotiated new tires since the ones on it had little tread. He was irritated by this and decided to try and find another vehicle. He said he couldn't find another one and rudely asked me if I would purchase the car if he would add the the tires in the negotiation. I agreed. I was told to give it a week or two and service would call me to make an appointment. 2.5 weeks later I hadn't heard anything so I called the salesman. He said he would look into it and call me back in the morning. I ended up having to call him that afternoon. This time he said he would call me back in 10 minutes. Again no return call. I waited until the following day before I called him again. I ended up having to call his manager. The manager was very helpful in getting the ball rolling. He was apologetic and in a few days I received a call from the salesman with an appointment with the service department and would have a loaner car for me as well. Which was great since I purchased a used car. He told me to pick up the keys to the loaner from him. He was nowhere to be found when I got there and nobody else knew what was going on. After about a half an hour another salesman showed up with the keys. When I went to pick up my car he again was nowhere to be found. It was another goose chase and another half an hour before I got my car. Now for the dealership review: the manager was great in resolving the problem. Because of the manager I would buy another car from them however as I said in the beginning I would not deal with that salesman.”
“I have taken our vehicles to L&M Performance for everything from service, small electrical issues, and tow hitch installation on our daily drivers, to suspension and engine work on my hot rod. They do quality work at a fair cost and they have always been friendly, and they take the time to explain the issue and repairs. A+”

“Haven't been there in quite awhile, which I guess is a good thing, considering I only drop in when my vehicle is malfunctioning and needs a part or something. I now have a 2022 Toyota Camry, but I used to have a 2013 Chevy Equinox. One of the headlights was burnt out or something on the Equinox and I stopped in to buy a new one and have it installed. A young lady was employed there at that time and she was the one who installed it for me, which was something I couldn't do so I thought that was respectable. Another experience was when another guy employee did a battery test for me right after Covid and he didn't act like he was going to die or anything from having to climb inside my unsanitized car for a second to check something, like they did at the AutoZone in Amelia. So, I haven't been there in awhile, but it would certainly be first choice if I had another issue with the car.”

Not just for 1 trip, but helped with 2 amazing trips. From much needed bar oil, 2cyl mix, pre-made fuel cans, battery's. Everything needed and extra.
Thank you Michael, from everyone in western NCAROLINA. They needed all of it. It will take years to rebuild, but with locals like this, helping neighbors is what this country needs.”
