“I’ve always been treated nicely by Huntington Bank at Bridgewater. However, today there is an issue (2/12/25). My husband went to deposit money into my savings account. He was told he can’t do that which is odd because he’s been doing that for years! He doesn’t have my account number is what I was told after calling. Well, as far as that goes, I don’t know my account number (have checking account memorized much to my surprise). Look, if anyone wants to put money into either one of my accounts, they have my permission and blessing! This is ridiculous.”

My first visit was to ask for help with a special transfer of funds that I couldn’t figure out. They very kindly, patiently and professionally heard my situation and helped me resolve it.
I spoke with the manager over the phone with no hassle. He was very kind and helpful. I’ve had interactions with at least four different members of the staff in person at this point and all of them have given excellent service. Super friendly folks. This is a great branch.”
