“Denise greeted me when I walked through the door and instead of pointing me in the right direction she walked me to the products I needed and took them down to show me. As it turns out I actually had to return the product to her as it didn’t quite fit the needs of my puppy. She was on point both visits. Nonetheless, I do have a new puppy and will be back! Therefore I purchased IVDD harness from another company. Was even more disappointed that I could not locate an associate to assist me during my 25 min. in store. So walked out.”
