“I'm still looking for flooring, so I thought I'd try this location. There were plenty of vehicles in the parking lot, but customers were few. I certainly didn't find what I wanted but I noticed something that the other Lowe's didn't seem to have: Allen+Roth flooring. I remember the brand, which seems to be their own, for bathroom vanities and outdoor furniture. My mum had a vanity and it seemed to be quite well-made with solid wood. Those prices were reasonable, if the brand's quality holds in laminate flooring. (Despite HGTV's desire for hard wood floors, I remember taking Saturday to remove was, clean the floors, and wax them and leave them for several hours while they dried. No thanks!) I had someone pass and I heard them ask if I needed help finding anything. I like that about Lowe's. I'm never in doubt about getting help. It might take a while, but employees are genuinely concerned.”
“I visited Menards today, in need of additional raised bed soil. I was able to get what I needed. While shopping in the garden area, there was a lady who was so helpful and kind. I had a big pile in my cart so she told me to make sure I asked for help unloading. I was looking for some small stakes to reinforce some garden stones. There were several people inside the store who were helpful. The last young man in hardware was able to help me decide what product would be suitable for my reinforcement. He directed me to the edging area outside and I found just what I needed. Upon checking out there were two ladies that were helpful because as I said I had a big ole cart full. The young man who helped me load my items in the car was so careful with my purchases and stacked everything up so nicely in the back of my car. I did ask him his name but I am terrible with names he had brown hair and glasses. He was so very nice and extremely helpful, as were the other associates!”
“We bought a refrigerator for a family rental and had it delivered. The 2 delivery guys had to go up 10 steps, a landing and 10 more steps. They were very careful moving through a couple of tight places. They did a great job getting that refrigerator in the apartment and taking the old one out! Thank you very much!!!”

“The East Hamilton Home Depot is AMAZING. The store donated a large amount of plywood and other materials to help build shelves for the Liberty Township Fire Department. I am a Boyscout from Troop 940 and this shelf building project was my Eagle Project. Home Depot’s donation helped me build shelving units for the fire department’s storage space. I’m so thankful for them. Home Depot’s drive to help the community shows what a great place it is to shop!”

“They can make any type of key or fob and for MUCH CHEAPER! Also very nice.
I needed an extra microchip key for my new van & was told elsewhere that I/they had to buy coded etc. This place didn't need any of that to fully set it up for me.
If you need a chip key or FOB make sure you bring the vehicle with you for set up.
I will bringing my other car over for new fobs soon!
If you need any other key, check them out. They even had teeny keys that look like they'd fit a lock box or similar.”
