“My car's alternator went out completely unexpectedly and my regular mechanic said they didn't have time to get me in for a while. I called Tri City Auto because they were the only place I could think of and I've had several friends recommend them, including friends who also had to have their cars towed here for urgent things, and they were awesome. The person I talked to on the phone told me they might not be able to get me in until the end of the week, but they got to my car the next day and called me to say he was ready first thing the day after that! $525 to get my alternator and the belt replaced on a 2004 Honda Civic, which was less than I was expecting. The two people at the front desk that I spoke to were both very friendly and helpful, and the estimate I was given before the work was done was exactly right. I would absolutely recommend Tri City Auto and there's a good chance I'll be back the next time I need work done.”

(My driveway is tight and up a hill) Amazingly enough my driver James backed up it perfectly and was able to put my car into the garage.
