She takes emergency visits and even answers questions when we panic for our older kitties. Her staff even helped us meet and take home our youngest LuciPurr. They're so compassionate and caring and I am thankful for all of them.

We signed up for 4 sessions with Michelle and after the first one it was like we had a different dog. Michelle was amazing with Artie and provided us with perfect guidance on training him. She helped us get rid of a lot of bad behaviors we had seen for months. This dog is 120 pounds and I can take him on walks by myself and get him to listen to me. I never dreamed that would be possible. Thanks to what my fiancé and I learned from Michelle, it feels like we finally have a normal life with a dog we adore. I can’t say enough good things about the experience we had with K9 Manners Matter.
