“After an hour and a half at u-haul down the road and reserving a 10x20 unit we dealt with a disaster from the beginning. After dealing with straight incompetence we decided to look else where when I found space shop storage. Upon calling we were able to come within minutes. Upon arrival, Anthony, who was assisting another family welcomed us into the office with a smile. Anthony worked with both of us at the same time and was very accommodating to our family. Anthony, you made a miserable morning so much better and we thank you!!”

“Sarah was very professional and gave me lots of the details of what to expect before renting the unit. I rented a 10x20 which was very clean as well as the premise around the lot. The lot is monitored. Sarah has lots of knowledge about storage units and I would rent from her again if the time should arise. The rates are also very reasonable.”

Regarding security and flooding I had no issues with either and I rented from them for over a year. I had such a positive experience that I recommended it to my friends and family, which 2 people ended up renting units there as well.”

“Jax storage I will always recommend to anyone that requires a quiet and safe place to store their memorables and be able to come and go when they please. The facility is always clean and well lit at night. I've been renting here for 2 years. It started with a small unit just to hold holiday decorations and some odds and ends. Now I have 2 units due to some housing set backs. Michelle at the front desk is always very accommodating and pleasant. She and the other gal were understanding, and held great patience with me during my move and indecisive needs for storage space.”

“Excellent place to have a storage unit. Good security, good prices, and clean and we'll kept. Vista Storage has better customer service than 99% of businesses I've interacted with. Everytime I called them or went into the office they were very helpful and accommodating. Great location, as it is safe and out of the way, but still close by to town. Highly recommend this place if you are in need of storage. Best storage facility in the area!”

“I live in Pennsylvania and my daughter attended college in Kent. We used the unit to store items from her dorm and apartment. Because I was so pleased with the service, I kept the unit after my daughter graduated and left Ohio. Yesterday, I moved out of a unit after renting for over seven years. From the beginning to the end, the property manager Sharon was phenomenal. Sharon was beyond helpful. She is patient, she is kind. Sharon is proactive. If there was ever an issue, she was on top of it. The facility was always clean. The price was great. I always accessed the facility with ease and felt safe. The facility served it’s intended purpose. Sharon is what makes this location 5 stars for me.”

“Where can you go anymore and be greeted by the owner himself. The first day I signed my lease the owner made the time to come out and introduce himself. Since then he has gone out of his way to make sure he was meeting our expectations. These units are extremely nice and maintained and the security procedures are top notch. I have rented from several different places in the past and these are by far the best. Great job!”
