“In May I hired Move It Now to help move just the few larger items I wasn't able to move on my own (sofa, chairs, dining room table, a heavy metal flat file, and my upright piano). I was moving ten minutes away. It was the hottest day of the year so far. Three young men arrived early. They were swift and pleasant to talk to. Everything was delivered safely except that my piano suffered some damage. They told me one of the straps on the truck had been faulty. They waived the $90 fee for moving the piano and said that they'd take it back to their shop to be repaired. It took longer than originally promised, but I feel very grateful for them wanting to do the job right rather than handing over sub-par work. After the work they had done to fix it, it's very hard to see where the damage was. Note that it had suffered some dings and scratches over the years to begin with. They even reimbursed me to have it tuned after it got redelivered. Gary, the owner, was great to work with. This situation was an unfortunate accident, but they really made the best of it for me. Thank you!”

“I bought some chairs on Marketplace that surprisingly came with ottomans. I am in a little cottage and not moving to a larger house for a month. The charis would not fit in my little cottage. So as my son was driving me home with my lovely new furniture and shaking his head about where on earth I would put them, I called a number I found on Google and reached Nancy. She was brilliant!!! She literally saved my new chairs from life on my back porch! She was so sweet and kind! She made the whole process so easy! And since I got my unit during the free 2 month promotion my free month continues until the end of my original agreement. Then I just pay the new rates. Austyn showed me my upgrade options by letting me see the larger units instead of just telling me the sizes.”

“I shipped a couple packages from there & thought they were shipped Fed Ex. I couldn’t find the tracking number & went back to see what happened & was treated very rudely by the gentleman working there. Luckily the owner Scott was on video talking to someone else & heard our conversation & could go back & watch the whole thing & fired the employee for the way I was treated. Scott also showed up at my door to apologize & tell me it was shipped UPS not FedEx which is why I couldn’t find it. What a wonderful thing for an owner to do. I will definitely be going back! “I have moved with the help of moving companies several times, and on a scale of 1-10 I would give Blue Men Moving an 11. The move involved two days, packing the items in the house, and packing items into the moving trucks and delivering them to my new location. In all aspects of the move, The crew, consisting of Nick P, Caleb, Joe, Aiden C, Owen, Jason, and the supervisor Ryan C. I cannot say enough about their competence, their ability to solve problems, their understanding of my needs (both in packing and in placing items in the new house). Each of these men worked efficiently, did not stop, did not complain, and was able to answer my questions and attend to my requests quickly and with a cheerful supportive attitude. All items were packed with care and handled with care. The move took place during two very hot and humid August days, yet all performed at top level throughout.
Other aspects of the move were also easy for my. Obtaining a quote and discussing how the move would occur were handled professionally and with information. The quote was lower than any of the other four companies I contacted, and I felt it was very reasonable.
I have never experienced such top-level and professional service. I highly recommend Two Men Moving with no reservation.”
