“We were stranded in North Canton, Ohio with a blown tire on our brand new Buick Encore GX on our way home to Elkhart, Indiana. We had gone to Marhofer Buick and said they could get the tire but didn’t and after 3 nights at the Hyatt Place Hotel and no tire I called Tire Source and spoke to Brandon and he found a tire for our car and had us back on the road by 1:45 pm. on Friday. He was so nice to work with and was willing to help my husband and myself. We appreciate everything you did.”

“I called Circle City Electric this past Friday to place a service call. They were able to book me for this past Monday the 8th. Technician Stephen showed up promptly at 8am as scheduled. After a quick talk with us to determine what service was needed he did a walk through to size up the nature and extent of the call. “My husband and I were in the area from out of town. Our car tire pressure was low but because they were filled with nitrogen and we could not find a place to fill them.
Because of this predicament, we pulled into Tire Choice in Tallmadge and all three men working were so welcoming and helpful! After further discussion with my husband and the options provided, we decided to change from nitrogen to air to ease the ability of filling our tires.
Josh, Jackson and Keith quickly racked our car, deflated the tires from the nitrogen and filled it with air.
They were kind, quick and well priced while helping us so we could safely drive home almost 2 hours away.

“Randy’s Automotive is simply the best auto shop I’ve ever done business with. Had some major issues with my 2013 Honda Odyssey and was stressing for weeks about the cost of repairing it. I had taken the Odyssey to my local Honda dealership, paid $300 for a diagnostic, and was told it would be about $1200+ (before taxes and fees) to replace my alternator and serpentine belt, and was told there were other outstanding minor issues that we’d need to address as well. I was soooo stressed out for weeks about getting the money for the repair and was calling other shops for a (hopefully) lower quote. Randy’s gave us a MUCH more reasonable quote and fully repaired/serviced the Odyssey the same day we dropped it off. Especially for someone who isn’t familiar with auto repairs and gets insanely stressed out when a vehicle needs serviced, I will be going to Randy’s for literally every auto issue I have in the future without question. Really could not recommend this place enough. Thank you all again!!”

“I have a 2013 toyota prius that has been giving me issues. Ive taken it to three places (including the dealership) and i was told there wasn’t really a problem, just a sensor. But a sensor being bad wouldn’t make the sound my car was making. The breaks were weird and it felt off. When i dropped it off the man i spoke with made me feel listened to when hitherto I’ve felt dismissed. The issue was isolated and fixed with what i would consider commendable alacrity. Looking at the costings with similar work I’ve gotten done in the past I can say that Frank May gives a fair prices for both parts and labor. I will be coming back and recommending this shop to the people I know.
I’ve been looking for a regular shop for my car and am more than happy with my experience today.”

“I had a nail in my tire I needed repaired fast due to an important meeting I had in Cleveland. Staff was fast, friendly and courteous. The only thing I had a question about was the price for it. I've gone there where it has been free, one time it was $25 and this time it was $35. I'm never sure what I'm gonna be charged. I always thought if you bought the tires there a repair would be free. Still, all in all they did an excellent job.”
