“This is without a doubt in my mind the best place to order cakes for parties. I usually don't like grocery store bought cakes but Giant Eagle is the only exception. Just bought 3 dozen cupcakes for my daughter's graduation party Saturday and they were sadly all gone by Sunday morning because they were so good. The icing is so silky smooth and the perfect ratio to the amount of cake. The toasted marshmallow buttercream is subtle but very tasty. It takes exactly like a mix between a toasted marshmallow and buttered popcorn. These were a big hit at her party and left me craving more. I'll never go anywhere else and always recommend Giant Eagle bakery.”
“Been going in here for years since its literally 1 minute from my house. New owners and their family are super nice and will go out of their way to stock items that their customers want. You do pay extra for convenience but what do you expect? This isnt Walmart.”

“I am so impressed with the employees at that store, nice and helpful! I do most of my grocery shopping there and truly enjoy my interactions with most of the employees. The store is usually well stocked with a good selection and nice sales. It pays to use the app for shopping and if there’s an issue CS can typically take care of it. The only negative I can think of is the personal shoppers and stockers (that used to happen more at night pre-covid) that seem to be in the way a lot but otherwise a good experience. Thanks Heath Kroger employees!”
