“Thank you Duncan!! I had a rough experience getting things correctly handled thru the customer service phone number… it was bad. I went into this authorized retail store and thankfully Duncan was the person who was available to help me. He went above and beyond to get the situation escalated properly and to get all of my issues resolved. I will definitely be returning to this store for any and all T-Mobile issues.”

“The manager at this location is a diamond in the rough. He legitimately did everything in his power to ensure that we were taken care of. He went above and beyond in fact. Also, while assisting us, he checked in every single customer that walked through the doors to ensure they were taken care of appropriately. Stellar work by a stellar manager!!”

“Alright, more than I expected in a good way. A wait board you could see when your turn was coming. Plenty to browse while waiting. Friendly staff, 6 people helping customers at a time. A+ CUSTOMER SERVICE. Great job Heath Ohio Team.”
