I took it to the Verizon Authorized Dealer at 721 Hebron Road in Heath Ohio, as I was so frustrated at not being able to complete the process. “My husband and I went to this store yesterday to upgrade his phone- we had a scheduled appointment for 11 am. Courtney was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to get us a xumo device and faster internet for $10 less a month. We were there with our 3 year old and they brought her a chair to sit in AND a balloon! We were called about 10 minutes or so after our appointment time but there was another customer that was being assisted that was hysterically crying and threatening to call the police. The person that assisted her was extremely kind and even brought her a cup of water and tissues.”
