“We visited the AT&T store in Heath to switch our iPhones from Boost Mobile. Shaylinn met with us and was very nice and understood what we needed. Since we were joining our son's AT&T Family Plan because of the numerous discounts and bonuses for both of us. Shay had to log into their family plan and port our phones over. It took a few minutes, which we anticipated. During the process Shay eased the delays with friendly conversations. She was so helpful and after it was completed, she went through both of our phones and removed all traces of Boost settings. The next day we b fan to experience some minor issues and we returned to see Shay. She knew immediately what the problem was and quickly fixed it in both of our phones. She is an asset to the AT&T company. Plus, she's cute too.”

I went into this authorized retail store and thankfully Duncan was the person who was available to help me. He went above and beyond to get the situation escalated properly and to get all of my issues resolved. I will definitely be returning to this store for any and all T-Mobile issues.”
