“I attempted to clear a phone/return it to the factory settings, before sending it in as a trade-in. It was going okay at first, but I ended up in an endless loop as I followed the prompts. I took it to the Verizon Authorized Dealer at 721 Hebron Road in Heath Ohio, as I was so frustrated at not being able to complete the process. Melissa and John were so very understanding, helpful, patient, kind, and determined to help me! They were able to figure out the issues and get the phone back to the factory settings. I am so grateful for their excellent customer service!”
“My husband and I went to this store yesterday to upgrade his phone- we had a scheduled appointment for 11 am. Courtney was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to get us a xumo device and faster internet for $10 less a month. We were there with our 3 year old and they brought her a chair to sit in AND a balloon! We were called about 10 minutes or so after our appointment time but there was another customer that was being assisted that was hysterically crying and threatening to call the police. The person that assisted her was extremely kind and even brought her a cup of water and tissues.”
