“The gentleman that was there this afternoon (12/01/2025) was a fantastic help with getting my phone SIM unlocked. He was very patient with waiting for an agent to assist us with getting my phone unlocked. And while waiting for an agent, he assisted with another customer with getting their phone bill paid. It took awhile with agents but we finally got it unlocked & I couldn't ask for a better professionalism clerk! I know his name but I'd probably spell is wrong. Yusef, maybe ? thanks my man!”

“I've been a Sprint customer since 2006. T-mobile took over. We've recently had the pleasure walking in and upgrading our plan. Justin, the manager and Titus, helped us get a plan closer to my previous, with some bonus perks!. Very helpful and didn't try to upsell us anything. Thanks to everyone!”

“I have been to other Boost locations and was never happy with the customer service. But today was my first time at the E. Broad location and I was very happy with the experience. The store was well-lit, clean, organized, and inviting. Tripp was the associate that helped me and he was very knowledgeable about all the products and was able to give great recommendations. He helped me purchase new phones for my family and was very patient with helping us set them up. Because of associates like Tripp, I'll remain a Boost customer. Give him a raise!”

“All around good and very friendly Customer Service from what I experienced, now the only thing I would mention is that there was two people on staff, one of which was training and I have no problem at all, no bother in the slightest bit that things are moving a little bit slower than normal because essentially it was just one person working while the second was being trained and that’s wonderful. That’s how you learn. I had no problem there at all. I was in to replace and upgrading my screen protector, and the lady doing the training, walked away to help another customer while he was working on my screen protector, which was fine, however he ended up not knowing how to do it, again that didn’t bother me. He’s in training and still needed to learn that , the problem was he had started to put it on wrong, so she had to come over and take over, but at that point the process was already started so she had to put it on a different way, and then kept getting distracted and trying to help him process a transaction and they couldn’t just stay on task to finish putting my screen protector on, as I don’t want dust accumulating and I don’t want air bubbles. In the end she did a pretty good job, just two small air bubbles that are hardly noticeable so I’m not gonna really complain and she did offer that if I had any issues to bring it back and she would replace it, however I have free replacements anyway . She was very friendly and good at her job. I just think that you should stay on task and help the customer you’re currently helping and get that task completed first and accurately before moving on to another customer. Other than that great friendly Customer Service.”

“Awesome service. Highly recommended! Kade and the manager were both wonderful to deal with. If you are going to a cooperate owned store in central Ohio please go to this store and avoid the Easton store like the plague. Completely different atmosphere.”

“This location is easy to get to. When you walk in there is a kiosk to sign in. To be seen, you have to sign in to be put into the que. There is usually a line for this location. Most of the time they are efficient and get to you quickly. There is a kiosk in the back if you only have to pay a bill. The staff was polite and got.me signed up for a new phone. They didn't have it in stock but ordered it for me. They made sure I received the confirmation email and responed to it before I left.”
