My monthly plan is only &40 and that includes tax which my former company neglected to tell me about all the extra fees. The rep said it was $40 and that’s exactly what I pay. They said I could save an extra $5 off my bill with auto pay. Ask for Lonnie. I couldn’t believe they were still working there from when I used to go in with parents when I was a child.”
“It started off a little rocky. We are making the switch from TMOBILE to Verizon. Of course change isn’t easy to begin with. We arrived at the store, and they did have our 2 new phones but neither sales rep knew anything about us, the order, nor how to handle it. Luckily they have someone they are able to call for assistance . The sales guy we had was very kind, and patient. However, it’s obvious there is a lack of a manager. The associates should have been given the opportunity to be trained the right way and not left on their own to try and figure things out. Once the rep located the order it moved fairly quickly. Loving my new 17 Pro Max! It’s perfect’”
