“As always Shaker Quality Auto Body provided excellent service and the body repairs they performed after I was hit by another driver are beautiful and make an older car look almost new again. Where they really stood out though was in dealing with the other driver's insurance company. A process that was drawn out and unnecessarily painful but they stayed committed to getting a resolution. Bill is the true hero of this story with all the time he spent chasing the insurance company. I would give 6 stars if I could!”

“These guys have been around forever for a reason. They are the best of the best. I just recently had a snowplow put on my truck and somehow when it was installed caused a huge glitch in my head unit. Causing my head unit to not shutoff and battery to be dead I called up and Jake answered super friendly and was able to get me in immediately.
