“After many many months of working with a large chain store And receiving two damaged refrigerators I gave up as they lied to me time after time about the delivery of a replacement refrigerator (over three months) I finally requested my money back. I went to Jack’s appliance and I knew it would take a while to get the refrigerator, but I was pleasantly surprised it came in almost three weeks earlier than expected. Mike kept in touch with me and communication was open both ways. I would highly recommend them. Their delivery personnel were professional and Caleb, I believe an installer for Jack’s was skilled and very pleasant.”

“I’ve been using Ferguson Supply for over eight years across multiple states, including Hawaii, Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Honestly, as a small business owner here in Columbus, Ohio, I can say no representative has ever taken care of me the way Nickolas M. Has. He is the reason I continue to come back to this branch. Nickolas goes above and beyond every single time. Whether I need something ordered in a hurry or I’m just checking out, he’s always available, attentive, and makes sure I get exactly what I need. His consistency and reliability make a huge difference in how efficiently I’m able to complete my plumbing jobs and projects. In this line of work, timing and accuracy are everything, and Nickolas has never let me down big or small. I can’t give enough praise to Nick. He truly hooks me up and makes every trip to the supply house worth it. He’s not only knowledgeable and professional, but he also genuinely cares about making sure I succeed in my projects. Because of him, I know I can count on Ferguson to keep my jobs moving smoothly. As long as Nickolas is here, this will continue to be my go-to branch. I have an enormous amount of appreciation for him, and I want to thank him for making what could be an ordinary supply run into a dependable and positive experience every single time.”

“In and out! Had a painless experience at this Home Depot location in Hilliard. Located the items we needed online to confirm stock and pricing, asked an employee about their location (he named the exact aisle), then purchased them. Spacious store, clean store that wasn't too crowded. Conveniently located off the freeway exit. An overall smooth experience.”
