“We have several accounts with Chase and visit about four locations in the area on a regular basis but have been to several more. This one is pretty good in my opinion for the average consumer. The parking lot has plenty of spaces. They have drive up banking and ATMs. Plus you can get smaller bills from the walk up machines inside if you need it. This location has more ATMs than some others I've visited. This one is pretty clean usually and the kids like the lollipops, lol. I don't drink coffee but they have it for those that do like it. The employees at the counter are pretty friendly and happy to help. I don't like that sometimes I go in and the personal bankers don't seem to want to help unless you're asking to apply for a loan or something else big. If you're going in with an issue they seem irritated before they even hear the problem. Like you're wasting their time. If there are a few working then they also seem to pretend like they are busy waiting for someone else to get up. For this reason I don't go to this location unless I'm already in the area for something else unless I just need a simple transaction. Lately though, it seems like they keep less employees on staff every day and there may only be one or two bankers there. Maybe it's just timing, but it seems like they have less people working. Other than that one complaint I'd say this is a good location. It's convenient, clean, and service is good if you're headed to a teller.”

Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Atms

“AMAZING EXPERIENCE! The bank itself is clean and all staff is friendly. It is a breath of fresh air to find someone who truly cares about the customer! Nicole went above and beyond what was expected to help me and my business. Nicole sat and took time to listen to the issue at hand (even without us being members of the bank) and found a solution that was absolutely hassle free for us. After this experience we will start banking with Bank Of America as soon as one opens near our home town!”

Huntington Bank ATM (Walk Up and Drive-Up) Atms

“I've been coming here awhile (and been inside, and used various services) so I'll update. Great service all around. Reasonable products, though the basic savings account has very low interest. Everyone is friendly, and efficient, so it's always a good experience. Access can be sketchy if there's a lot of traffic on Mill Run, and be careful in the lots.”
